Ehh it's so sad to say that my arms, or I should just say #upperbody is weak af... #teamnopump 😭 but anyways, I had to run some errands for my dad today and realized I'd have two hours in between so I chose to hit the #gym for #backday 😁 well, my deload week ended and I'm #happy to say that the week off made me feel a lot better because warming up with light squats and #deadlifts 135lbs 3x7 then doing 185lbs 7x3 (roughly 95% of my max) with short breaks didn't really kick my ass until I cardioed myself out with #dropsets 155lbs 3x5 😊 and finished the day with no cardio and just accessory work as always. I've cut my cardio from 3 days a week to once a week now lol because its #bulkseason right? 😉 inb4 what's your point? Well I wanted to record but some guy literally came up to me and asked "you got this? This is a lot of weight" when I was pulling up #workingsets. Then he just sat down on a bench that was like 3 feet away from me and watched me #lift... Awks 😑 btw what's considered too big for girls?
