you were flying around your home forest when a very excited (and loud) voice startled you

a young blond boy was waving excitedly, shouting his exuberant hello's

you flew down, smiling. not often speaking to strangers had gotten lonely, and you welcomed the idea of taking to someone

just then, two more people walked through the trees. a tall man with long pink hair in a braid, and an even taller man with fluffy brown hair

they introduced themselves and you did the same, wings flitting faster with nervous excitement

from then on, you guys become friends and here's how that friendship continues to progress

they keep you a secret, afraid that others on the server would hurt you. it's nice, since you get to keep living your peaceful life that you so enjoy

when the smp gets more dangerous, techno makes sure to leave a big jar of honey and berries near your home every other day. he doesn't want you to get hurt while looking for food

Tommy always comes to you for comfort, but does an incredible job of making sure that he doesn't give your existence away to the villains of the server

wilbur visits you less and less as time goes on, but you became great friends with Ghostbur. no one explains to you why you don't see the happy ghost anymore, so you are just forced to accept it

techno and Tommy work together to help you learn to walk

you had gotten so used to flying that you never built up the muscles in your legs and muscle memory that came with walking, so the two work together to help you

soon, you have built up the strength to run!

one day, revivebur visits you, and you are shellshocked by the strange man standing in front of you

before you can say anything, he starts to apologize, letting the heartfelt words pour out of him

still wary, you forgive him, making him promise to apologize to Tommy as well. reluctantly, he agrees

techno visits you all the time still, making sure that you are safe and giving you combat lessons every now and then

and remarkably, you stay safe and hidden, with three friends protecting you and your secret as well

Dream:

this mf fits the stereotype of the hot jock in the school, but there's one difference: he's really smart and gets amazing grades

will purposely leave his notes in front of you and then accuse you of cheating just to mess with you

on the next test, you out-score him (making you the top of the class) which really pisses him off but also gets his attention

he now just jokingly teases you just to hear the fire in your voice when you give a sharp retort

during a group project, he isn't assigned to your group and starts making excuses just to get moved to your group (he succeeds, much to his surprise)

basically just acts like a golden retriever simp from then on

he doesn't even need to ask you to the school dance, it's a mutual agreement by then (besides, no one else asked you out because they were too afraid of dream-)

George:

he's the type to constantly be sleeping in class but still get the best grades + still be the teacher's pet

you are sitting at his table and you need help with something (+ you just want to annoy him) so you wake him up for help

begrudgingly, he helps you with the problem. you thank him and continue to listen to the "boring" lesson the teacher is giving

normally, George would just go back to sleep, but he finds himself admiring your features as you concentrate (he finds the face you make when you focus really cute, okay-)

purposely distracts you from listening to the lesson just so he gets an excuse to talk to you and help you more. he's creative in how he gets more of your attention

one day, you aren't in class and he realizes how much he genuinely likes spending time with you

asks you out next time he sees you in class by writing it on a slip of paper

Quackity:

class clown but somehow still top of the class. like, always joking around and distracting other students (+ annoying the teachers) but shuts everyone up with his straight A's

at first, he doesn't like you because you seem like a jokester too, you are making the whole class and the teacher laugh

and you also get amazing grades, so now he feels really threatened

tries to make fun of you in class to get more laughs, but you shut him up with more comebacks

at first, it's annoying to him that he has to keep thinking of ways to clap back, but then it becomes a game between the two of you, one that makes him smile

in fact, he looks forward to the class(es) he has with you, sometimes thinking about what he's going to say and the adorable expression on your face as you process the insult he's thrown back in response to yours

c!Techno:

he's nerdy but still scary and somehow manages to secretly be an amazing athlete as well (he's a fencer, okay-)

but it completely shocks him how easygoing you are when you just sit down in a chair next to him and gently start introducing yourself, prompting him to do the same but not forcing him to

he finds it easy to talk to you, as you naturally take the lead in conversations, but happily leave (not-awkward) spaces for him to interject

hanging out with you isn't awkward at all, it's comfortable and fun. and slowly, he warms up to you and just starts talking freely, much to your delight

he ends up teaching you how to fence after you are completely shocked by how good he is at the sport. even standing behind you and guiding you as you practice the movements

it's during one of your chill conversations when he asks you out.

in true Techno fashion, he just blurts it out. His cheeks turn red with embarrassment but you say yes and he's fine again, just happy to be able to spend more time with you

Three days ago. It was three days ago when you found out that you were going to be a mother. You cried, admittedly. It was completely understandable.

A year ago, Wilbur had proposed and you had gotten married. It was the happiest day of your lives. But this day- what you were about to do could change everything.

But first, you needed to call someone for advice.

Sitting just outside Wilbur's streaming room, you pulled out your phone and pressed 'call' on a very specific contact.

"PHIL!" you whisper-yelled into the phone's microphone. "Phil, I need your help."

He laughed over the line, confused but amused. "Woah, mate. Calm down. What do you need help with?"

You took a deep breath, trying to calm your racing heart before responding. "I need to tell Wilbur that he's going to become a father."

Here's the catch; practically no one knew. You had told your best friend, Niki, almost immediately. Then your parents. And now, Philza, it seemed.

"Holy shit, Y/n." He paused. "That's... big news. How are you thinking of telling him."

"Over text?" You admitted sheepishly. "It's to scary to say in person. And plus, I think it'll be cute."

"Whatever you say, mate. But I have to go. I'm on stream with him right now and he's starting to get suspicious."

"Yeah, go go go. But, uh, be prepared for some... yelling."

"You got it."

The call ended and you heard Wilbur's voice through the door, greeting his friend once again. And you felt your heart beat faster and your breathing pick up, because it was starting to get real.

You took a shaky deep breath, calming your nerves and trying to steady your trembling fingers as you pulled out your phone to text a message to your husband.

But first, you wanted to see his reaction. So as quietly as you could, you opened the door and slid into the room. You weren't concerned at all about his chat seeing you. They'd met you multiple times. You and Wilbur even made a vlog of your wedding. But you didn't want to draw too much attention to yourself.

Wilbur was so focused on the game he was playing he didn't notice. It wasn't a serious stream, but he was still focused.

Taking another unsteady breath, you typed out the message and... pressed send.

"Hold on guys, I need to check my phone," Wilbur said as he took off his headset to grab his phone that sat across his desk.

He saw the notification, the light from the screen illuminating his features. He saw your name on the contact and looked up at you with a suspicious expression. You smiled guiltily and waited for him to open the message. Waited for his reaction.

And there it was.

His breath hitched. Everything went silent.

Is this a joke, he sent back, fingers typing with furious speed.

definitely not, you replied.

And his phone flew from his hand, across the room hitting the floor with a thunk. Wilbur jumped up from his chair, eyes so unbelievably bright with happiness.

"HOLY SHIT!!!" He screamed.

And you burst out laughing. Because this was everything you had hoped for.

He rushes to you, sweeping you into a hug and twirling you around. Wilbur sets you down after a few turns. But only so he can kiss you. He kisses your lips, your nose, you cheeks. And your hand too.

"Holy fuck, babe," he whispers, resting his forehead on yours.

You two look over and see chat freaking out. Spamming words of confusion, because why the actual hell has their streamer exploded into a ball of pure joy.

"Chat," his voice shakes with barely restrained emotion. "I'm gonna be a dad!"

You tune out the rest of the cheering, so overjoyed with your husband's reaction. Tommy and Philza and Techno congratulate you and Wilbur on stream. Others send congratulation messages through social media.

But at the end of the stream, when the house is quiet again, Wilbur pulls you in for another hug. You can't tell if it's because he wants to hug you, or because he wants to hide his happy tears. It's probably both.

"I love you so much, Y/n." Wilbur murmured into your hair.

You hugged him back tightly. "Love you too."

Your boyfriend walked forward a little more just to see something that made him smile even more. Patches was sleeping right next to you. She was curled into the warmth of your body, sleep-furred tail resting by her nose.

Dream snapped a quick picture (making sure to leave your face out), went to his private twitter and posted the adorable picture

"my favorite girls <3" he added as a caption.

trying carefully not to wake you, he laid down right behind you, wrapping an arm around your sleeping form to pull you close.

"Goodnight, love."

Technoblade had distanced himself again. He hated spending time away from you, but it was to keep you safe. Because as torturous as the time away from you was, it was so, so much better than you getting hurt. So when the voices chanted for blood, he gathered his stuff and left the house, not caring that it was cold and dark.

You awoke to an empty house. Techno’s side of the bed was cold. You walked out into the main area and saw a note on the table.

They’re back.

Your heart broke when you saw how shaky the letters had been written. The voices were back, and they truly were causing him pain.

There was nothing you could do in the moment. He was away, off “trying to keep you safe” by leaving. So instead, you prepared everything for his return.

Humming quietly, you made mushroom stew and baked potatoes. The medical supplies sat on the living room table. You made sure that the food stayed warm, ready for his return.

A few hours later, the front door opened and you looked up from your spot on the couch to see him.

”Techno?” You raced over to him, noting the scratches on his skin, tears in his clothes and the haunted look on his face. You cupped his face in your hands, looking him in the eyes. “Are you okay?”

He shivered and you pulled him close, barely able to hear when he finally spoke.

”They- they’re not gone. And I don’t want to hurt you but-“ His voice broke. “I don’t want to be alone.”

You pulled him closer, smiling when his arms wrapped around you gently. “That’s okay, Tech. I’ll happily stay here with you.”

You guided him to the couch, lying down next to him and pulling the warm blanket over you both.

“Don’t worry about hurting me. I trust you.” Your eyes began to drift closed. “You make me feel safe.”

You Laugh, You're Loved -- cc!wilbur x gn!reader

You shifted slightly in your chair, adjusting your earbuds and focusing on the next clip. It was some stupid meme that you didn't understand. But Wilbur-

He was trying desperately not to laugh. His brown eyes were sparkling with the barely-contained giggles. He reached up and slapped himself in the face.

"Will, I don't think that's gonna help, " you admitted, holding in your own giggles when he lurched forwards sharply. Your comments never failed to get a reaction from him.

The brunet forced himself to take a deep breath. Forced himself to calm down. "Y/n." He locked his kind brown eyes with yours, suddenly serious. "Please shut up. Chat cannot win this."

You rolled your eyes and stared directly into the camera. "Chat, you guys can do better. He needs to laugh."

A new clip played. Both of your eyes widened in recognition. On the screen, was a clip from a past you-laugh-you-lose stream together. And because you were curious, you couldn't help but break a rule. Your eyes flickered down to the title of the clip: "Wilbur calls Y/n 'cute'"

You see, you and Wilbur had been getting shipped together for a long time. It was funny, to see the viewers go crazy over every little brush of skin, over ever little comment. But you found it cute, too.

The clip was from a stream you didn't remember. You definitely didn't remember Wilbur blushing as he saw you laughing hysterically at another dumb clip that chat had donated. Didn't remember him whispering just loud enough under his breath, "you're so cute."

Wilbur sucked in a sharp breath as soon as the clip finished and disappeared. You were in shock, turning around slowly to look him in the eyes. "Wilbur?" your voice was hoarse.

He was bright red, trying to hide his blush behind the sleeves of his fleece sweater. "What? It's true. You're cute."

Now you were blushing. "Okay, shut up." You looked at chat, who was having a field day. The messages were racing by so fast, you couldn't even catch the words. "He's lucky I love him-"

"What?"

Goddammit! You cursed internally. "...Surprise?"

He left out of his chair, smiling wildly. "Let's fucking go!" He wrapped you in the biggest hug. "Oh thank goodness it wasn't one-sided."

"What?"

"...Surprise." He turned his words back at you, smiling mischievously. Chat was, once again, going crazy. He laughed again. "Chat, don't you dare clip this."

"And if you do," you chimed in. "Don't play it during another ylyl stream."

Wilbur nodded his head in agreement, an arm still wrapped around you affectionately. "Because if you do, we'll lose. And we can't have that happening."

All in all, the best ylyl stream in history. Chat agreed.

You bounced your little girl on your lap, smiling as she giggled. Wilbur turned on his face cam and began the stream.

"Hello chat! How are we today?" Your husband as he read the rapidly-passing messages of his chat. As always, they were spamming. Half of them were spamming "hello"s, others were asking what was going on with his unusual stream title.

"surprise :)" was the stream title the two of you had decided on together. It was just vague enough to cause curiosity. And, it was playful- lighthearted.

Wilbur joined the vc with the rest of the Sleepy Boys, their voices filling the room through the speaker. Philza, Techno, and Tommy had all agreed to be on stream. They didn't know why.

The whole surprise of the stream had to be delicately handled. Because in order for it to be enough of a surprise, information had to be withheld. Neither chat nor your friends knew what your daughter looked like, only that she had been born a year ago.

Well, Philza had accidentally seen her for less than a heartbeat when Wilbur forgot to turn off his camera during one discord call. But you and your husband had made the careful decision to keep your daughter completely away from the public eye until at least her first birthday.

And now it was time.

"Chat, it's time." Wilbur said, smiling. But you could see him tapping his fingers on his desk. "To reveal the Little One."

Chat began spamming "Little One". It was the title that they had come up for your daughter after not knowing her name.

You popped your head into frame. "Ready chat?" you turned to the monitor displaying to discord window. "Ready guys?"

Tommy screamed his "yes", to no one's surprise. Phil shouted and Techno simply spoke loudly. The SBI at it's finest.

Picking her up gently, you moved you and your little girl even more into frame. "Here is our daughter."

Chat. Freaked. Out.

So did your friends on the discord call. You and Wilbur just laughed. He pulled you gently onto his lap, resting his head on your shoulder and failing at stifling his smile.

"What's her name, mate?"

"Grace," you and Wilbur answered in unison. "Her name is Grace."

And as if on cue, the adorable baby girl waved at the camera with her own little grin.

The Prison Makes You Remember- c!dream x gn!reader

The prison is dark and cold, and the only thing keeping dream from crying out as the axe breaks bone again is the memory of you.

Pain blazes up his forearm. Dream remembers the first time he had taken his mask off in front of you. That day, he had been injured. You begged to let him help you, because without help…. If he focuses enough, Dream can almost feel your fingertips ghosting over his cheek again.

Hot, scarlet blood runs down his skin. Puddles on the obsidian floor. Dream can’t stop from curling in on himself when the axe splits the bone in his thigh. His body convulses with pain.

He so desperately wishes you were there. You would help him- save him. You would stop the torture and agony. You and your kind eyes would bandage his wounds. Maybe you’d softly sing a melody, too. He always loved when you did that.

Bone sunders. A guttural scream of agony rips from his throat.

Hit after excruciating hit he takes. Screams hang heavy in the air, echo off the obsidian. Soon, his vocal chords are spent. No sound

You flinch as another familiar scream echoes into your ears. A tear slips down your face . But you won’t give up yet.

”Sam, please, you have to let me save him.”

The Warden’s eyes flash, for the briefest moment, with sympathy. His eyes are a heartless, pins-green again. “I can’t let you do that, Y/n.”

Dream shrieks in pain again. Your heart skips a beat, heavy in your chest. “But they’re torturing him!”

”You act as if he hasn’t hurt others the exact same way.”

He cries out again and your blood goes cold. You sprint over to the closed door, checking for any way to open it even though you know it’s useless.

”Dream!” You shout at the top of your lungs, desperate for him to hear you. Sam moves to drag you away. “Don’t give up! Stay alive! I’m going to save you!”

The Prison Warden drags you away from the door. You try everything you can to get free. Sam is too strong.

Dream feels like a pathetic coward. He’s curled into a ball, hands out as of that will stop the axe.

He’s lying in a pool of blood. Soundless screams and hoarse cries are all he has the strength to give.

But as his eyes threaten to close, he hears your voice again. Perhaps it’s a hallucination. But you sound too desperate. Your words are crisp and real.

You tell him to not give up, to stay alive. You promise to save him.

You fill him with strength again. Dream doesn’t even notice the sharp crack as another bone is broken. The pain he feels is akin to that of a mere scratch.

Letting your voice wash over him, Dream feels his lips curve into that chilling smile he always wears. Pure confidence and malice spark to life in his emerald eyes.

He looks Quackity in the eyes. And smiles.
