To put it broadly, a man's perspective isn't that much different than a woman's. Everyone thinks in different ways, often regardless of gender, but I do understand your concern! Almost all women and men experience separate "canon" events that ultimately shape their character; so, let's talk about that!
How to Write a Man's Perspective
Disclaimer: these points are a GENERALIZATION. Not all men think, act, or talk to this. Different circumstances cause different perspectives, and I can't cover them all. If you want to request something more specific, please let me know! :)
Emotional Vulnerability
Something I notice regarding a lot of guys is that they don't know or aren't willing to be emotionally vulnerable. There are many emotions they'll show at face value: happiness, rage, excitement, and annoyance, but they're not good at being vulnerable--expressing sadness and asking for help are stuff many men (especially stubborn ones) struggle to do.
I'm not saying that they can't feel emotions--just that they're less likely to openly share difficult feelings with many friends and even family members, which can manifest poorly as a consequence.
Additionally, they typically don't do well with other people's (especially if it's someone they're not very close to) emotions. They're not good at handling them because they lack experience and might feel uncomfortable overall.
Since you're writing his perspective, you can be forward about how he feels to the readers (actually, I suggest doing that so he feels more dimensional), but that often won't be the case to the rest of the cast, though you can foreshadow it subtly through actions.
Communication
Men tend to be direct. Straightforward. Blunt. Maybe even brutally honest. They're less emotionally sensitive to how different people might receive their words because most guys don't care about fluff nor will they be offended by words a bit too direct since that's what they're familiar with (now, if someone is straight-up insulting them, of course that's a separate situation). Let's be honest here, some men lack filters completely.
Keep this in mind when writing dialogue!
They Value Logic and Utility
Here's another thing; have you ever vented to a guy about something? Chances are if you have, he responded with some kind of solution that you didn't ask for nor did you want. Instead of validation or sympathy, men naturally tend to lean more towards "fixing the problem."
That's not necessarily a bad thing all the time, but it can be depending on the scenario. They don't mean it with bad intentions either--oftentimes, that's what they believe to be most helpful when its not.
They're less focused on the emotions and more on practicality. That's why you'll see that good boyfriends and husbands don't only offer advice, but they listen.
Summary
Here's the thing, on the outside, men and women may act noticeably differently. Men prefer more action and less talk while women might find talking necessary to take action.
However, when you're exploring perspectives and their voices, there aren't actually that many substantial differences because now you're diving into thoughts, and thoughts don't have gender identifiers.
What you should consider when writing your character's thoughts is their background. This identifies their values, morals, and expectations, which can then define the rest of their character. Being raised as a son will likely give him separate experiences than that of his sister. Add societal expectations and gender norms on top of that, and those two are probably going to have different perspectives in life.
AGAIN, everything I said here is a generalization! It's broad. It's not going to capture all men. I am well aware that there are so many diverse types of men and women, which is beautiful, but I can't encapsulate all of that in one post!
