I feel like the hair could have been longer, but it was seeing this Nika!Law that gave me the inspiration and Laws hair was shortish in there so...

Luffy get to keep a touch of color in his nika form (the sash tied around his waist) that's why drake got to keep his belt

One of the biggest tragedies of One Piece is that Drake barely got two (2) different outfits since his introduction... And that's if you count the color swap of Stampede.
