Here’s a stupid 12 minute Jehdin sketch. She’s pissed because someone spit in her bean curd.
Should I render this or leave it as is?
(Unstylized Jehdin is low key off putting.)

It's funny to see people complain about Dek utilizing the natural resources of Genna as makeshift equipment. This isn't a new thing. In the novels and comics, the Yautja have created armor and weapons for themselves out of whatever is available to them if their equipment gets damaged or lost. Resourcefulness is a necessity for their lifestyle.
They tried to force him into submission, she allowed him to rest in a found family
Mallacht had been stranded on Earth after being overpowered and drugged by two Bad Bloods looking for a third to add to their trio. With Mallacht’s sire being a sly cunning yautja from the Roaming Space Tribe and his young age (278 years old) the two bad bloods figured the lone male was perfect for their trio. The pair making plans to add him to their clan and brand him as one of their own. Mallacht upon realizing his situation over took the pair and crashed their ship on Earth. The three battled and in the end Mallacht had claimed victory, though he was severely wounded in the crash. Hoping Enforcers would find him and the crash site when he sent out the distress beacon, Mallacht soon realized none had answered him. He spent sixteen hours waiting for a response before his decision was made for him when the ships radio frequency picked up on military personnel and machines approaching the crash site. Taking trophies from both the bad bloods, destroying the ship and all its technology, Mallacht made himself a temporary home away from humans.
After several weeks of agony and little to no food, Mallacht was drawn to a hidden bungalow in the woods. Making sure to not draw too much suspicion the albino Yautja realized he had stumbled into a human female’s territory. Knowing he should have kept hidden, his hunger and growing weakness made him have a lapse in judgment when he stole a large rack of meat from the grill she had left unattended for a moment. Caught in the act of stealing, Mallacht fled into the woods, but not before she let out a string of irate curses. Annoyed at the large creature’s thievery she was more curious than terrified. Making sure to keep her wits about her in case the yautja tried to attack her, she chose to keep his appearance a secret.
After a month of the pair taking notice of each other from a distance, Mallacht was the first one to initiate contact. He began leaving her small bone jewelry and kills near her backyard patio where she would grill as a way of repaying and thanking her for not driving him from her territory. In return she began cooking larger meals and leaving extras, she didn’t know how to properly socialize with the strange creature, but noticed its severe wounds. Knowing it most likely was unable to catch anything that would be filling she made sure he was getting enough nutrients to help his body heal faster. The longer Mallacht waited for a response or a glimpse of another yautja spacecraft or enforcer the more he began to fall into a depressive state. It was the first time he truly felt abandoned by his kind so when he saw the woman quietly sitting alone by her fire pit staring up at the stars, his resolve broke and he went to her to comfort. No words needed to be spoken between the pair and all she offered was her out stretched arms where he could find rest and solace.
Have you ever wondered how Yautja culture works? What martial arts would be possible with crowns and teeth? The history and biology told from the view of a scientist?
Yeah, we did as well.
Books like Dragonology or shows like River Monsters offer an interesting framework to dissect the Yautja as if they were real-world beings.
Would you also be interested in exploring the history and culture of the Yautja? Their anatomy? Eating habits? Hobbies?
We rarely ever have stories, where those questions are answered. The closest example we could remember is the first Dark Horse Comics “Alien vs Predator” run with Machiko Noguchi.
But no stories from the point of view of one of them.
So we wanna write a blog with information we can either find or speculate about;
through research in the comics and forums, theorizing and comparison to real-world species. All written in the style of field notes by a scientist, observing their behavior first hand.
Would you be interested in following along?
Thinking about a Predator movie, with the first yautja to kill a dinosaur.
Could be the first time they explored Earth, without a clue of the dominant life, or how to deal with them, and more primitive weapons.
And the main prey doesn't need to be a t-rex, since he's too overused. Instead let's give a opportunity to allosaurus, carnotaurus or utahraptors.
Just keep jurassic world writers far away from it
😅
Mother hen
A’pep is beyond astounded by her two pups, small and helpless, chubby and blind. Dte’emok females boast the largest litter sizes per female, unfortunately this comes at a cost of either the dam’s life or the pups. The Dte’emok has the second highest fetal mortality rate because of this, meaning females near the great five have a higher chance of a successful whelping clan-less then being in the Dte’emok. This isn’t because of the harsh environment but it is due to the Hail bloods who are known to target nursing, pregnant, or rearing female Dte’emok to essentially kill the Dte’emok numbers at the source. Luckily A’pep grew up in the later generations meaning she is wise to many tricks, but not all. The pup’s sire will be designed eventually.
the large pup is Pa’ja, the small pup is unnamed since they do not end up making it through the night.
surprise.

Yautja "Kormoran" with the head of Poseidon.
A pose inspired by the statue of Perseus with the head of Medusa. Poseidon's eyes bear the inscription "Prey to none."
As for the story of this Yautja, who has his chest deliberately burned with acid from Xenomorph and a helmet inspired by ancient Greece, I can only say that he woud want to avenge the rape of Medusa.
