Dear Friends: I am sure that you were as stunned and disappointed as so many of us were by the grand jury’s non-indictment of the officers involved in the death of Tamir Rice. However, this story is actually one of gross prosecutorial misconduct and
“The Disgraceful Prosecutorial Misconduct of Timothy McGinty and Needed Reforms.”
Protest at the racist Mummers parade yesterday for black lives matter, dump racist Trump, 15Now, No one is Illegal, and other social justice causes. We were greeted by racist slurs and of course displays of white public drunkenness, never taken seriously by the police who incarcerate black folks outside liquor stores every day for the “crime” of open containers. We will continue the fight to abolish white supremacy and grow even stronger this year!
