I have to disagee without. It's not because Dick lied to the team in the past that he liked doing it. He lied for the sake of the mission or to keep them safe. And that's what he's doing right now. He's lying to Megan to keep her safe and to make sure she won't break if they fail or are wrong (because let's not forget that while we're sure Conner is alive, the team isn't)
