Here is finally day 6. While the good piece itself was finished relatively quickly and without any problems, the real mammoth task here turned out to be the actual title of the prompt, namely to add static and interference effects. It turned out on this occasion that GIMP doesn't have such a thing as a filter and I had to fiddle around for quite a while to make the handmade attempts look reasonably realistic :P Amongst many other interesting trivia, the Mi-Go are known for not being able to be captured by cameras. Based on this fact, I assume that if you try to record them, something similar happens to what happens when you try to record the good old Slenderman. Namely that the tape/device breaks. So what would be better suited for this prompt than these nice little animals :3
