There’s nothing like the first Saturday morning after company leaves.  

I woke up at 7:30 a.m., turned on my Zee Avi Pandora station, brewed some french press coffee, used the new mug we bought from a potter at the Outer Banks and reveled in the peaceful delight that is Saturday morning.  

It also made for an extra happy start to the day by waking to a two pound loss.  I wasn’t very hungry on Friday so I didn’t eat just to eat and was surprised to find how low my calories were despite my fat-rich meals.  I’m trying to integrate eating intuitively, which I’ve never quite mastered before, so we’ll see how it goes!  

I included a picture of my face taken last night per @zerocarb‘s SDS tag.  I’m going to copy her (like i do in most things) by tagging my top four:  @honestlyinstantpeace, @stef-eee, @hello-newman and @amanda-healthyhappywhole.  

Next on the agenda is to rake leaves and go for a walk before the rain starts.  Happy weekend to you!!!
