Which Edition of D&D had the best design/artwork of a Zorbo?
First Edition
Second Edition
Fifth Edition
[image description: a drawing of my dnd character myosotis showing a petal to a zobro. the background is some grass and ruins in greyscale. myosotis is a very fluffy catlike teifling with long fangs, red antlers and eyes, and a split tail. theyre dressed in black trousers, button up, and cloak. theyre smiling and leaning donw to show the zorbo a bright pink petal. the zorbo looks like a fucked up blonde koala. its gripping myos cloak in one paw and is sniffing the petal. end id]
myo, still in the etherial plane, making a friend! dm did not plan for the zorbo to be a friend. the zorbo is now named petal! also also now looks like a copy of myo due to a teleportation incident to get them both out of said plane.
hey can I please use the term "zorbo" in my comic shfbgjjg
YES do it PLEASE I speak for the entire cast and crewmité when I say that we desire for zorbo to become a widely recognized term of endearment for a friend and/or friendly rival
Tomb of Annihilation part 2. Can’t wait to get back into it!
Resembling a koala until it opens its fanged mouth, the zorbo absorbs the properties of materials in its environment -- increasing its natural armor and reducing the armor of its prey (Jim Holloway, AD&D Monster Manual II, TSR, 1983)
My first attempt at making some tokens. Not the best but they will do for now. I need to get myself a new razor so I can cut better circles, and next time i might use thinner material for the backing. The foam core is too thick to cut well.
Three Zorbos! These weird little things took maybe just over an hour total. They’re kinda ugly in the book and are described as Koala like. I like the black and gray one best, it’s kinda cute here!
