@taylorswift I’m sorry, I know this isn’t your doing...but this is absolutely insane. I’ve been sitting by my computer since 3:15 this afternoon. I joined the waiting room immediately at 3:30 for Gillette night 2, and I have been sitting near my computer till now, 7:57 pm and have not refreshed my browser. I still have 11,350 people in front of me in the que according to this and there are only single seats in the 300s and ridiculous platinum priced seats available. I was under the impression boosts counted toward this somehow...I was in the second ticketing hour for Rep and got tickets within 30 minutes.
UPDATE: Final status - my spot froze at 11,315 people ahead of me when Ticketmaster finally updated that verified fan was sold out and only platinum seats were available. So disappointing.
This is a nightmare. I knew it would be bad but I never dreamed it would be THIS bad. Please come up with another system for next time. This is awful. I have two very disappointed little girls here and although I will try like hell to get tickets in the Capital One presale and general onsale I’m not confident it’s going to work for me. I’m so sad. Many of my friends are in the same boat. We love you, but this is hard.
@taylorswift @taylornation this breaks my heart!!! I was suppose to meet my Swiftie friend for the first time at #LoverFestEast and now I don’t know if it’s possible. Is there a better solution than the madness endured today? Not to be loud but this SUCKS
