A fair few of the women in Welsh are the daughters/sisters of giants, ie Branwen, Olwen and Guinevere, or otherwise strange, sometimes immortal, inhuman beings, like Rhiannon and Arianrhod, and I think that means in adaptations, they deserve to be tall. Taller than the mortal men they take, or are forced to take, as husbands, towering other folks as they walk through a village or face their subjects, taller than the tallest man in the court. Let them visibly stick out as otherworldly! As a magical being!
I'd say the only exception should probably be Blodeuwedd, who I think Gwydion would purposely make to be smaller than her husband because he's lame.
Andor is so crazy bc it’s just Cassian killing imperials in cold blood but he constantly looks like a sad wet cat. he’s an enemy of the state but how could u hurt him just look at him
i loved andor. i have definite issues with it (particularly the way bix was written in S2) but generally I really loved it. kleya in particular was amazing.
that being said, rebelcaptain is my otp and you can pry it out of my cold dead hands, tony gilroy
"The Empire cannot win. You'll never feel right unless you're doing what you can to stop them. You're coming home to yourself. You've become more than your fear. Let that protect you."
