Richard Papen is such a strange specimen, I've always thought that a different pov of The Secret History would be really interesting ESPECIALLY because it would give us a chance to see how Richard is portrayed by someone other than himself. He is such a strange creepy guy, and yet people seem pretty comfortable around him. There is definitely something deeply wrong with him and I def have some thoughts about what they might be but the truth is, it's hard to say when there's a pretty high chance of him just lying about stuff. He is probably the most fascinating protagonist I've ever encountered, in my opinion at least, and I want to know more.
