this project has been a way of putting the pieces of last year together. A way of coming to terms of what has happened to me. i remember being home with all those stolen pills in my backpack; thinking i was happy, so happy it was all going to be over. yesterday i told my mom how happy i am that i don’t hate myself anymore. you can be told a hundred times things get better. you won’t believe them until you start to feel it. my sadness began with thinking way too much about all the bad people i know and all the bad things they have done to me, they are all gone now. im not done recovering. i will always be improving myself and getting happier. i never thought i would have this positive of a mindset. this project is about depression and mental illness. but im only sad sometimes now. im really proud that im not just surviving but im living now. i hope u enjoy!
