Once you submit it, you should receive a copy of your answers in your email. If you don't, we probably didn't receive your submission, and you can confirm with us if we see it in our end! Do keep in mind you'll need to re-send it in case we did not receive it.
At the end of the form, you'll find a link to our Discord server. As it is our main point of contact and information, all participants are required to join.

Hi! In the rules you posted, you list that “All works must be made available publicy for the prompter to receive/check.”
Does this include AO3 fics cannot be locked? Of course, if the prompter doesn’t have an AO3 account that’s a given, but even if the prompter has an account?

Hello! If the prompter has an account, you are allowed to lock your fics on AO3! We'll be adding a field on the Prompt Request form for any prompters who also wish to give their AO3 username to allow creators to set the fic as a gift if they want to.
For an event to work, we must have some rules! Find them here before you commit to joining us on this journey.

1. You must be 18 years old or older.
You must have been born before Sep/2008 in order to be able to participate. There will be no exceptions.
2. NO BASHING of any kind allowed
This means characters, ships, people outside the event, event participants, prompts, different fandoms, etc. We are an inclusive event centered on helping people in need by raising money through donations. There is no space for discourse.
NO arguments/inciting arguments for the very same reasons.
3. Creators must submit something if they sign-up.
By filling our form, you are committing as part of this event and compromising yourself into filling at least one prompt.
Any issues that might get in the way of you doing so must be communicated ASAP.
4. All drop-outs must be communicated to the Mod Team
All creators are volunteers, but this doesn't mean you can drop out or ghost without telling us first.
In case of an emergency that won't let you remain as a creator, or any other reason you are not required to tell us about comes up, we require a message ASAP in order to liberate your prompts and find a PH.
5. NO passing on your prompt
If you don't want a prompt anymore for whichever reason and knows someone who does, DO NOT give it to them without first coming to talk to the Mod Team. We will see if such a thing is possible or if we will put the prompt up for PH.
6. DO NOT mention it's a fundraising event on AO3.
As it is against their guidelines, we cannot mention the fundraising aspect of it. If you want to mention the event, link our socials.
7. Public and easily accessible works
All works must be made available publicy for the prompter to receive/check. In case creator and prompter do not have the same social media, we will be posting your works at least to one of our accounts (with the same socmed as the one provided by prompter being non-negotiable) where it can be a guaranteed the prompter can receive it.
All links and credits will be properly given, and how the post will be made and if it can be promoted anywhere else can and will be discussed with the creator.
8. Agreement to follow all rules.
As soon as you become a participant, you have agreed to follow every single one of our rules, and the Mod Team has permission to warn/kick/ban you as we see fit if any of them are broken one or more times.

[🍁] General
We are an +18 event, so you will only be able to join if you were born before September/2008.
To sign-up as a creator, fill out our form that will be released on July 25th.
Please make sure to be honest about what characters, ships, and content you are willing to create for, as the information will be used during our matching process in order to give you your assignments.
Make sure to join our Discord server so you can check our spreadsheet and see your assignments once it is released!
If you have any kind of trouble fulfilling a prompt, or feel uncomfortable doing so, due to whichever reason it may be, please reach out to us ASAP so we can reassign the prompt.
It's against the rules to give your prompt to someone else without informing the Mod Team.
We will eventually be releasing any unassigned prompts, which creators will be able to claim. If you want to be a pinch-hitter and claim any unassigned prompts, keep an eye out on our socials!

[🍁] Writers
Role expectations:
- Minimum of 2k words.
- Writers are allowed to submit fics of any length for as long as it is above our minimum WC requirement, but it is not a necessity if you don't want to.
- Must use the prompt as the base for creation.
Posting on AO3:
- We require for all fics to be posted to AO3. This way, all prompters will be able to easily check the works.
- Add it to our collection so everyone can easily see how much we've created together!
Posting on social media:
- We also ask of you to post it on your social media and tag the prompter + the event account, so we can properly check your prompt as completed.
- If you don't have the same socmed as the promoter, tell the Mod Team and we'll send your work to them.
Use the #TGCFg4g tag so we can gather all works in the same place!

Role expectations:
- Shading and/or greyscale minimum.
- Artists are allowed to create colored works, add backgrounds, and give whichever level of complexity and detail wanted for as long as it is more than linework.
- The prompt must be used as a base for creation.
Posting on AO3:
- If any artist wish to post their art on AO3, they may do so. This way, all prompters will be able to easily check the works.
- Add it to our collection so everyone can easily see how much we've created together!
Posting on social media:
- We also ask of you to post it on your social media and tag the prompter + the event account, so we can properly check your prompt as completed.
- If you don't have the same socmed as the promoter, tell the Mod Team and we'll send your work to them.
Use the #TGCFg4g tag so we can gather all works in the same place!
[🍁] Podficcers
Role expectations:
- Cold read of 3k words minimum.
- Podficcers can give any level of complexity to the podfic for as long as it is at least 3k words, and may choose any fic for as long as it matches the given prompt and the writer allows it, with all credits given.
Posting on AO3:
- We require for all podfics to be posted to AO3. This way, all prompters will be able to easily check the works. Add it to our collection so everyone can easily see how much we've created together!
- Please tag your podfic properly and indicate any necessary TW or CW! We want a safe environment in this event, and everyone should know what they're getting into.
Posting on social media:
- We also ask of you to post it on your social media and tag the prompter + the event account, so we can properly check your prompt as completed.
- If you don't have the same socmed as the promoter, tell the Mod Team and we'll send your work to them.

Editors expectations:
- 30–45 seconds minimum.
- Editors can give any level of complexity to the edit for as long as it is at least 30 seconds long. We'll only allow the use of official or original media.
- The prompt and song, if given, must be used as a base for creation.
Cosplayers expectations:
- 30–45 seconds minimum or a photoshoot
- Cosplayers can give any level of complexity to their works for as long as videos meet our minimum requirements or there are enough pictures to tell a story.
- The prompt must be used as a base for creation.
Other mediums of creation:
Please reach out to the Mod Team through any of our available channels (DMs, email, Tumblr asks, Discord server) so we can discuss if it is possible and what are your expectations/requirements in that role.

[🍁] What is a gotcha?
A gotcha is a non-profit fandom event with the goal to raise funds through donations to support a cause, such as Gaza and its people.
To do that, we follow a system of pay-to-receive, where anyone can donate a set amount to a pre-selected organization, send us proof, and request a prompt according to the corresponding tier of that $ amount.
Upon verification, if approved, the prompt will be given or, later on, claimed by a volunteer creator, who'll then make a fanfic/art/edit/podfic/cosplay/etc according to the specifications.
As it is all made by volunteers, no creator, organizer or prompter will receive any kind of payment, and no money will reach our hands. Everything will be sent directly to the fundraisers.
[🍁] Creators
All participating creators will have the task to fulfill the prompts assigned to/claimed by them, basing their works on the requests made by the prompters.
We will first assign creators 1–2 prompts based on the information given during sign-ups; after, for the remaining prompts that'll be submitted after the initial match-up, creators are free to claim whichever available prompt they want.
[🍁] Prompts
We'll have 2 kinds of prompts — random and specific — divided into two categories — SFW and NSFW.
Random prompts can be claimed by any creator, and it will be up to them to decide what they want to create to fill it. Specific prompts will allow for prompters to request for a specific plot and details, and a preferred creation medium, which creators will need to use as a base for their works.
To avoid overwork/burnout, we will only allow creators to claim 3 prompts maximum at a time, with a month deadline for each. The countdown starts running when the prompt is assigned/claimed.
