Yes, I understand it's commonly thrown around as an insult. I also understand that any community can and will include people with personal experiences with psychosis. Being delusional is not a crime, it is not a death sentence, and it is most certainly not something to purge from your circle like it'll "sour the crops" or something.

An identity may be rooted in delusion, it may be contributed to by delusion or accentuated by such, the relation between your alterhumanity and psychosis may be unclear or indistinguishable. You are still welcome. You are still entitled to the same respect and solidarity.

Delusional kin do exist, and they deserve the same space in the nest as any other.

tumblr is truly the most accepting place for alterhumans. Tiktok is full of misinformation and drama, and since finding tumblr I’ve genuinely felt a sense of community to other alterhumans that I was never able to feel before 💚
