So yeah. It's over. I hope you all had as much fun with this as I have. Despite what some people were hoping for I will not be restarting the tournament for the bit. It's just over, I'm gonna move onto new things. If you haven't already go follow my big tournament blog; @who-do-i-know-this-man . It's in between rounds at the moment so we're doing a really fun community mini game similar to 20 questions. Even at the end of the game, you have the option to simply restart everything, implying the first time you play the game may not even be the first time the Princess had gone through this vicious cycle.

She lives alone for god knows how long, burdened with the subconscious belief that people are suffering just because she exists (she’s the embodiment of change after all), and she doesn’t know if she’ll ever escape. And every time she does escape, she never gets the chance to truly explore the outside world”

Nagito x Sans:
I unironically believe that Sansmaeda is a great ship even without the context of it being a popular crackship. I think, at first, Komaeda would disregard Sans, making the assumption that he’s an average, talentless hack, until he (somehow) learns of Sans’ true power. Sans would maybe be ambivalent on Komaeda, initially (and rightfully) thinking he’s too intensely fixated on things like talent and hope, but eventually coming to think those traits are endearing. 10/10 unconventional love story in my book.
It's a classic. Iconic, even.

Not gonna lie Arimnation, this is our toughest opponent yet. Probably tougher than any we might face in the future. So I'm not holding any punches. Here's a big heaping helping of propaganda;
Let's start with the opposition. After skimming the Danganronpa wiki I confirmed something that I probably could have assumed given the series; Nagito murders people. Sans, famously, does not approve of murder. So I feel it's reasonable to say that Sans would not really like Komaeda. And I feel pointing this out leads to an even deeper truth; that there was no reason Sans and Komaeda specifically were chosen for the Fingers in His Ass video. And undertale song is the backing track, so it makes sense that AN undertale character would be there, and Sans is the most iconic, but Nagito is there seemingly just because he has nothing in common and/or the person who made the video just liked Komaeda.
Back to the actual subject of this propaganda; Wishbone, they of course have one HUGE thing in common: having been stuck in a timeloop of their own creation, and the trauma that comes along with that. And if you're including the lore of my very own tournaments, they each had to suffer a second, months long timeloop, together.
As for their actual dynamic; in one corner we have a joke-loving, family-loving, mysterious rogue, and in the other we have an unfeeling murderous billionaire. Sounds like a recipe for something something toxic yaoi buzzword. Buuuuut: if we look at them post-canon Arimnaes has lost both his wealth and his bone powers. Without said powers I feel Siffrin would have nothing to worry about self-defense wise. In fact this is what we see in the Timeloop Tourney; Siffrin defending themself 75 consecutive times. And I feel that once Arimnaes has been so thoroughly humbled he would be forced to do something he had never done before; acknowledge someone as his better instead of looking down on them. And I feel that such a scenario is absolutely RIPE for romantic feelings.
Finally I present you with a promise, not from me, but from the runner of the Crackship Tournament. They have promised that if Siffrinaes wins the big gold metal then they will post a poll where it's Siffrin vs Arimnaes. And if I know there's one thing you people love it's having that exact poll be posted on as many unrelated blogs as possible.

Waluigi x Pauline:
Started from a thought experiment (can't remember the original post) as to who Peach and Daisy's "Wa-" Counterparts would be (this was before Wapeach was actually revealed), which settled on Rosalina and Pauline, respectively. While Rosalina and Wario have zero compatibility, I could actually see somewhat of a spark happening between Waluigi and Pauline.
