Every person has a unique taste when it comes to the fanfiction they enjoy. Here are some of my favorites, listed according to length. It’s not an exhaustive list, but it includes most of the fics that I reread on a regular basis. It’s more heavy on the longer, multichapter fanfics.

Landslide by jelenamichel: The death of a probationary agent in the winter of 2015 links back to a case Ziva, Tony and McGee worked on their own after quitting NCIS in the summer of 2013. Restraint by quotelation: An old friend of Tony’s gives Tony and Ziva a gift, and it puts Ziva on edge. Established T/Z and some adult content—but you may wish to keep in mind that this is more of a Ziva story than anything else.
Far into the Yellow Wood by wildpeace: If you could change one thing to spare someone pain, would you? Metro Detective Anthony DiNozzo meets Israeli Prima Ballerina Ziva David, and nothing is ever the same again.
Gehenna by DrawMeASheep: Aliyah post-ep in two parts, Ziva-centric, dealing with torture of both the physical and self-inflicted kind.
Jerusalem Bells by dress without sleeves: Picks up after Aliyah. The aftermath of the season finale. // “Please,” Tony whispers in the car on the way to the hospital, but she doesn’t open her eyes. “Ziva. Please.”
Hell and High Water by rebecca-in-blue: ”How is it possible to heal even the worst wounds?” Ziva went through hell in Somalia, but now she’s washing it away. My take on how she got over her captivity so fast.
Hope is the Thing with Feathers by brightblue: She is thousands of miles away from those who would beg her to live. Filling in the gaps between Aliyah and Truth or Consequences for both Tony and Ziva. Major spoilers for those episodes. Tiva, of course.
Endings, and Perhaps by indiaga: Post-Aliyah. Tony gets the call, and makes the choice. Sometimes there are no happy endings, and what then? REPOSTED because there was a problem with it the last TWO times. Can anyone explain what is happening? *cries*

WIZARDING SCHOOLS AROUND THE WORLD: SOUTH KOREA
Although the South Korean Institute for the Art of Spellcraft hosts its pupils in a rather traditional environment of palaces and pavilions on a secluded island in the Korea Strait, the student population has integrated technology so impressively into their learnings that the school is one of the most technologically advanced of this generation. The campus boasts many gardens and lotus ponds; occasionally, if you look close enough, you will see eyes staring back at you. The students are impeccably polite and respectful in the public eye, but as soon as they escape professor supervision, they take to hosting late night parties and executing extravagantly planned (but subtle) pranks. During the Lotus Lantern Festival, an abundance of lanterns are released into the sky with a glow so bright that muggles often pause in confusion to observe the curious glimmer of light reflected on the water despite utter darkness blanketing the strait.
