Please please respect Alastor's aromantic asexual sexuality. I've being seeing a lot of people who want Alastor in a canon relationship on Twitter(mostly Charlastor's fans because they think it will make Vivize more money. Not all Charlastor fans are like that keep in mind) I'm not saying you shouldn't ship him with anyone because you can!(I kinda ship him with Vaggie, Angel Dust and Vox. Don't ask why.) “Trying out sex” is not how you confirm or deny your asexuality. It might help you decide whether or not you enjoy sex. It might even help you decide which gender you prefer to have sex with.

But it will not, under any circumstances, confirm someone’s asexuality.

Because asexuality is not about whether or not you like sex. It’s about whether or not you experience sexual attraction.

Stop telling asexual people to “give it a try.” 

Stop questioning asexuals based on their sexual history or lack thereof.

i don’t trust anyone who says anything along the lines of “it’s 2020, i don’t care about ace discourse”. even if you claim to be on our side, refusing to fight exclusionists and just discounting their bigotry as ‘dumb tumblr discourse’ only lets them win. you wouldn’t say “i don’t care about transmed/dysphoria discourse” because people on one side of the discourse actively harm the other. saying that about ace discourse just proves that you don’t care about us.

(this doesn’t apply to people on the ace/aro spectrum who choose to avoid the discourse. your safety and mental health come first, and i love you)
