Topanga houses look like treehouses.

And, they're so cozy.

In the main living area, the living room and kitchen share a space.

The kitchen's cute and homey, too. There's room for a table next to the door to the deck.

Very nice.

Off the main area, there's a a lovely family / sun room.

Even the main bedroom looks like a pretty sun room.

Lovely bath with a copper tub.

Spacious 2nd bedroom.

Ensuite shower room is nicely done.

Step outside to the patio with a hot tub.

The beautiful guest house.

It has a living room/kitchen and the stairs must go up to a sleep loft.

A walkway from the guest house deck leads to the art studio.

Perfection.
