Jippieeeee, The city is built on a ship graveyard, their architecture is built of scrapped parts with some cruisers/less damaged ships now being apartment complexes. There's other cities (one where most cetaceans live, and some literal underground places where deep sea fishies and most cephalopods like to hang out) too but the story takes place in the Rusty Pit
