I just finished reading One True King (spoilers!) and the Ending just made me very sad.

- the fact that most of the adults we've come to know and love have been offed one by one. Camelot Years has a really high death count imo.

- Lady Lesso, Dean Dovey, and Merlin have been the most reliable and constant rocks and they're gone now. At least Yuba's still there.

- Red Riding Hood, Peter Pan, and Pinocchio were not mentioned by name as wedding guests unlike Jack, Briar Rose and Hansel and Gretel. DID THEY JUST DIEEE?

- I still don't trust Evelyn Sader's dress.

- I was lowkey expecting that as Dot aged backwards, people will just start noticing that she's starting to look more like Maid Marian (around adult or young adult stage).

- Willam and Bogden's tarot reading thing was relevant for a hot second, then nothing?

- QFG felt like a fanfic because of Nicola felt like an OC whose main purpose was for exposition (?) and love interest to Hort.

- So you mean to tell me Reena was Uma's sister-in-law at some point (Uma and Kaveen divorced early on), but they never knew each other? Granted, their palace might be HUGE but there's bound to be royal gatherings, etc. where they would meet.

- "Reena of Pasha Dunes" but her brother was "Kaveen of Shazabah". So, a student can just pick their place of origin depending on their parent? (Father is Sultan of Shazabah, Mother lives in Pasha Dunes)

- If Beatrix' grandmother is the one who outsmarted Rumplestiltskin, shouldn't Beatrix be royalty? I assumed she would be a princess of Jaunt Jolie (although far from the throne) but maybe her grandmother is from a different kingdom.

- If Japeth was also a Wizard, that would mean he also has a Wizard Wish. And does a Wizard Wish just disappear if it's unused the moment their owner dies? Or can it be stolen after their death?

- So what will Hort and Sophie do? Stay as SGE faculty? Sophie's gonna have a hard time with Manley at the helm of Evil.

- I find it amusing that the Good Dean is a Beautification teacher and the Evil Dean is an Uglification teacher.

- Also, Castor protecting the kids..!
