Doing magick when the sun is at its strongest

Noontime is when things get real sun-wise. At this time the loving sun we all know and rely on can turn negative and overwhelm us. There is always a multifaceted part to every power source, and this is the sun that burns.

There’s a reason you wear sunscreen, a reason why experts recommend you put it on every day. The sun is a powerful force that will harm you at its strongest.

I’m not going to say noontime is exactly the sun’s true peak during the day, (It’s actually 1-2 pm) but for the sake of the explanation this is when the sun is strongest.

Tips!

🔥 Doing midday spells during the two hour block of 12pm - 2pm is ideal.

🔥 To do spells safely, you shouldn’t spend too much time in this sun.

🔥 Doing noontime spells on important sun days like the summer solstice will multiply their power.

🔥 Crystals like Citrine will fade very fast in this sun, so charge them quickly, trust me, even just a minute or two will be enough.

🔥 Charge your sun/fire sigils outside in full sun at this time to make the charge last the longest.

Aphrodite Glamour Water 💋

This glamour spell is one of the few that I use, and I can say that it’s worked for me quite well. Be careful, though. You may attract unwanted attention.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:

a jar

water

rose petals (optional)

vanilla essential oil (optional)

red or pink candle (optional)

STEPS:

💋 Pour the water inside the jar you wish to use.

💋 Put in your ingredients that you chose to use. As you put them in, visualize how you want people to look at you. If you want to be confident, visualize yourself being confident. If you want romantic or sexual attention, visualize yourself getting that. Whatever you want, just visualize yourself attracting it.

At this point, if you wish to use a candle, now is the time to pour your intentions into it & light it. If not, that’s fine. You can also call upon deities who correspond to love at this moment.

💋Stir the liquid clockwise so that it’s moving towards you. As you do so, continue to visualize your desired outcome.

💋 After that, it’s all done. You can leave it out by the window and allow the moon the charge it up. If you chose to light a candle, let it burn down.

WAYS TO USE IT:

♡ Dab some on your face before you leave the house in the morning. ♡ Put some on your face before you put any makeup or skin products on. ♡ You can use it in love spells by replacing the water with an oil of your choosing and anointing a pink or red candle with it, preforming the spell the same way. ♡ If you wear makeup, pour a little bit in a little cap of some sort and dab your makeup brushes in it to dampen the brush before you apply any eyeshadow or powder of any kind. ♡ If you want a specific person’s attention, you can dab some on a picture of them or drop a little bit where you know they will walk. ♡ Use it as an offering for deities corresponding to love, depending on your intention.

How to Read Your Candle 🕯

(Pyromancy, specifically… aka reading your candle’s flame)

High flame: your spell is strong along with the magick surrounding you

Low flame: there is something opposing your spell. It might be you, a deity, or the magick in general that believes you shouldn’t do this spell or maybe your magick isn’t strong enough at the time of your spell (try meditating more or practicing more if you think this is the case)

Crackling or popping flame: conversation! Your deities or spirits are trying to speak to you!

flickering flame: usually indicates a spirit is near or that your deity is listening to your prayer if you’re using a devotional candle

A split flame: indicates that there is more than one spirit accompanying you

If the candle will not light: your guardian/deity/intuition doesn’t think doing this spell is a good idea

if the candle will not go out: usually means your spell is not done and your magic is still trying to finish up, let it burn some more until you think it’s time to put it out
