and i know people mean well when they give employment advice but god damn some of them its like "did you try submitting your resume to a place that is hiring" fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck no kidding. shit. ive just been printing them out and eating them. yeah thanks i'll try that

Actual advice: if you have employment experience under a year either don't include it, or if you left for personal reasons like moving or a life event put that in, short periods of work are a red flag.

Always answer questions in the application, especially why you want to work there, don't cut corners before you even enter the building

Have a cover letter with some personal information about you

Look up the pay, don't ask for anything significantly over, or put your willing to work for the typical pay but you like to work towards a certain amount

Absolutely include if you'd be interested in being developed to move up
