So Iâm basically in love with all of Kivaeâs fics and have like this goofy as shit backlog of little moments I wanna draw from roughly fucking all of them
These are from Iridescent which was just so cute
highly recommend this and pretty much all their fics honestly
Sometimes I think about what a Jencer fic would look like from me, and honestly it would more than likely be something like The Crew visits IKEA and somehow Jack gets separated from the herd and by the powers that be gets locked inside infinite IKEA. Of course Spencer scares the shit out of him, probably by cooly hiding in a display room, and they spend the night together.
In some of the least sexy ways imaginable.
AKA, an entire night of Spencer pulling Jack around by the scruff out of the figurative and all-together-too literal mouths of IKEA. They hide from employees, get hunted by the wifi salesmen, and only mostly escape the samples giver.
Spencer kills a lot of employees and Jack is just working hard to keep up, all the while talking out of his ass. Lots of harsh opinions on putting furniture together and overcharging consumers. Some surprising agreements are shared.
By the end of it the staff is just trying to get the two freakazoids out of the store, they don't need more anomalies inside their anomaly, thanks.
They get kicked out of SCP-3008 and go their separate ways, shook up and surprised at what a sort-of good time they had.
We got an incredible response thus far on our interest check and have noticed many new faithful join us in this hallowed endeavor. It is with great joy we are announcing that the Zine Of Tide And Flesh will continue for its second year thanks to all you lovely people!
Deadline for the submissions is july 15th.
We are extremely excited to be hosting this Zine again, last year offered an incredible opportunity for this small community of ours to come together, and we are hopeful that this year will be the same. May there be new connections forged and old precious memories unearthed from the silt.
This year we are doing things a little different. Rather than reservations and the Terrible Time Crunch we are instead going to redirect you to a Sign Up form to ensure your spot on the Zine and so that we will have clear numbers: you will have until the 20th of June to sign up! So don't forget to complete the form which you can find here:
The second year anniversary of the river's rising is fast approaching siblings! Cast your names into the depths to secure your spot in the z
Rejoice siblings! The River Rises, yet again!
look out for another special announcement soon ;)
& A quick refresher on the way it works under the cut!
What are we doing?
We are a group of TSV fans wanting to create something special for the two year anniversary of the final episode. With the anniversary being on July 22nd, this time we are Not on a pretty tight deadline, so you can plan your work accordingly!
What can I submit?
You can submit basically anything, be it art, writing or even music, as long as itâs centered around TSV. It doesnât have to relate to the finale, but it will definitely be welcome and very thematically appropriate.
How long is the submission period?
Since this is still a chill project we are taking art submissions until the 15th of July. We need a bit of buffer to put the whole thing together and format it properly + gather last call submissions.
(A note on the latter â please inform us in advance if you would like to submit something past the deadline, so we know we need to leave a space for your work in the zine, as it would be quite complicated to reformat the whole thing last minute)
How does the submission work?
Once you've signed up with the form above and finished your contribution you can send us an email over at [email protected] including your name+ username you provided on the form in the subject of the email and your finished work.
When will the zine come out?
We will publish it on July 22nd! We would also like to kindly ask you to refrain from posting your submissions online before the zine comes out.
What happens if I don't make it to the deadline and have not been able to secure my spot in advance, but still want to participate?
We will be glad to share your work on the zine's tumblr once the deadline passes for main submissions.
Where can I find more info and ask questions?
We have a dedicated Discord server that you can join via the following link.
Our asks are also open on this account, so if you donât feel like chatting with people directly, feel free to send an ask our way!
We're looking forward to receiving your wonderful submissions and celebrating this very special date with all of you. The river rises!

work summary:
The lure of going there was enticing in the way of giving into anger and inflicting bloody murder; like wedging a blunt nail beneath a barely-healed scab and tearing. Exhilarating like exerting your emotions was, just before you chose to act on them: that split second before your actions took you somewhere you could never come back from.
Or: for Misaka Natsuki perennially, always, Uruha YĹji.
ch_01 preview:
It couldnât be him. Uruha was dead. Natsukiâs thoughts stalled out on that tangent, Heâs dead, Uruhaâs dead, it canât beâ He felt the words tactile enough to touch, a near-tangible mantra, each individual character so impressed upon the fore of his mind that they soon appeared nigh-visible before him. Superimposed over the tall, clean lines of the ghost who now stood before him.
It couldnât be Uruha. Uruha was dead.
But it was, and Uruha wasnât.
ch_02 preview:
âReallyâwhy the hell does it matter? Why do you care?â
And then Natsuki turned his chin up and his head to the side, and he faced Uruha for what mightâve been the very first time by own volition. Relented to look at him and see him. See what the humiliation ritual, corpse excavation, two-fold vivisection wrought as they rendered it expressly alive, let it loose to wreak havoc.
