It’s still clearly wrong, probably harassment, and disgusting, but is it actually sexual abuse to make false nudes of someone? I don’t know if it’s on par with raping an child and filming/photographing it, which is the implication of CSAM

This isn't meant as attack on you but I think it's worth approaching this from a different perspective. CSAM is not just the most severe material produced.

We'll start with the adult version - 'Revenge porn' is illegal in the UK and constitutes domestic and sexual abuse and includes deepfakes or AI generated material. In Scotland, 'revenge porn' it's covered under the Abusive Behaviour and Sexual Harm (Scotland) Act 2016 and in England & Wales it's covered by amendments to the Domestic Abuse Act.

When looking at CSAM - There are different categories of it. Grok is being used to create category C - Child Sexual Abuse Material, and while Category A is the most severe, all categories constitute CSAM.

Anyone who has used it or shared images should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, and Twitter can now be regarded as a website that hosts and enables users to create and share CSAM.
