After 18 issues of Mary Jane being a meat puppet for Venom, Al Ewing finally gets to make her disgustingly a Retcon of convinience. Its not a failure of imagination when you were uninterested in showing your character struggling with being called a skank and more of a person who also relishes in the pain and and misery of others

because not once for the the whole 2 runs of ASM and in your VENOM SOLO SERIES have you ever portrayed Mary Jane being shit talked - by her friends and family -behind her back.

Also last time I checked, the only person who called her a skank was THE VILLAIN

And I doubt you'd call him a friend if no being convinced by Paul he's actually a swell guy if you ignore the genocide they commited.
