I know I said it before, but I seriously can't see Anzu/Tea as a tomboy, particularly when we consider that she hasn't even shown a dislike for girly things, and tbh, I don't see nothing tomboyish in her way of dressing, just regular (and actually, quite feminine on various moments). Plus, I don't think being outspoken or able to stand up for what she believes in should lead to thinking that's "tomboyish." In fact, when I see her being labeled as such, I feel like people have some kind of distorted perception of what a tomboy really is.

My Yuri instinct now is making me imagining a GwenMJ Sleeping Beauty AU w/ Gwen as Aurora and MJ as Phillip. Plus Gwen kinda looks like Aurora (considering that she also wears a black headband on her blonde hair :3), and as I mentioned before, there's a comic: Spider-Man Fairy Tales where Gwen is a literal princess 🫠

For some reason I'm thinking about a Spider-Man Persona 3 AU and as for the moment my guesses are:

Peter = Makoto

Gwen = Yukari

Harry = Ryoji

Mary Jane = Mitsuru

Let's not forget the fact that Mary Jane also kinda looks like Mitsuru. I was considering Junpei for Harry at some extent, but I feel that all his bond with Peter matches Ryoji/Makoto (or also known as Minato), and I love Yukari! Gwen x Mitsuru! Mary Jane :3

Unpopular Opinion: In my opinion Anzu/Tea isn't really a tomboy, furthermore, I can't help but raise an eyebrow when I see her being called as such. Yeah I understand in part that people said it because she's on a group of male friends and is "athletic", but I mean, she still likes wearing skirts, heels (even in adventures), jewelry and the pink color (even from the first episodes), makes obvious her love for dancing (which imo she does in a feminine way), and doesn't show a particular dislike for "girly" things. Considering that she's the only girl of the group, I find her quite feminine above all.

Maybe I can see her a little more "tomboyish" on Season 0, but still not fully, since she still wears dresses, skirts, is interested on shopping and, again, she doesn't really show any dislike for girly stuff. In fact, there's that episode where she's really excited about following a supermodel's routine (who ended up being someone who works for Kaiba). She may not be as enthusiastic as Miho when it comes to things like fashion, but I don't feel like it means that she isn't feminine at all.

Edit: The idea of princess-like Yuji realizing that Megumi is his actual prince is killing me again.

Sometimes I feel like people only focus on the flaws of Earth-616 Gwen Stacy. And yes, I'll admit, she did some pretty unsavory things, and while I know she could be pretty hot-tempered, that doesn't negate the fact that she was constantly caring and supportive of others—I mean, she was literally the first one to give Harry help for his drug problem—so while I think the character is flawed, I don't think EVERYTHING about her is actually bad.

For those who complain that TASM's Gwen is a copy of MJ, again, wasn't Gwen the one who was initially presented as "studious"? So why is no one complaining about how different Ultimate MJ is from 616 MJ? I've said it before, considering the infinite number of universes in Marvel, it may be obvious that the characters show different aspects of their personality. Maybe the way Gwen is portrayed today at some extent modernizes her, and ASTV said, not everything is the same across the multiverse, so Gwen or other characters having different personalities can be true.

I saw it before and I agree, Gwen Stacy haters seem far more obsessed with her than her actual fans, sure there are Gwen stans who are extreme but MJ stans can be this as well (and very creepy), and neither is good. Just because MJ is Peter's most recurrent love interest doesn't mean Gwen was nothing (consider the universes were Peter and Gwen are together, like in the Mexican comics and those where she even finds out he's Spider-Man and forgives him), and I said it before, ¿why so much problem in that she was more of a "good girl?, ¿because of that she had to die?, ¿what's so bad in being sweet and kind? She was meaner at the beginning, but still became kinder above all, ¿and just because she may not have a "tragic backstory" she's inmediately a terrible character?

Again, I find it ironical that people complain about Gwen Stacy having a different personality depending on the universe yet they don't complain about the fact that they changed MJ's personality in Ultimate Spider-Man to a more "nerdy and introverted" one in comparison to the "party girl" she was initially introduced to be. And as far as I know, in 616 Gwen was the one who keeped more focused on her studies.

Personally I think it's understandable that characters can have different personalities depending on the stories and universes, so yes, there's a possibility that in some other universe Gwen is more outgoing and daring while MJ is calmer and easygoing.

I repeat it again, why unnecessarily put female characters against each other when they do not even hate each other?? Can you just leave them in peace??

I make various posts about her since I just find kind of annoying certain reasons of why ppl hate her, and many of them seem kinda misogynistic.

I find it ironical that many ppl complain about Gwen Stacy having a different personality in different universes when MJ has been had too (like when she was more "nerdy" in Ultimate Spider-Man), and I haven't really seen ppl complaining about it. Honestly, I'm open to see these two having different personalities and stories.
