reminder that many children are funneled specifically to Christian families and communities for the same reasons they always have: destroy culture, stack votes, add bodies to communities that otherwise wouldn’t hold majorities. it is literal, actual trafficking.

This is a part of genocide.  Removing the children from their parents, who generally desperately love and want to raise them, and placing them with white American families is a way to erase their culture from existence without the ugliness of directly killing children.  But it’s still ugly, and it cares nothing for the actual welfare of the child.

I was watching a Twista interview on VladTV a couple of weeks ago, and they were on the subject of mumble rappers and these new niggas that don’t really know how to rap. And Twista (who is regarded as a highly respected linguist/lyricist) was defending mumble rappers.

And he mentioned that rap has evolved from being something that you hear in the 80s and 90s, to something that you visually see as well. In the 90s you had no choice but to listen to the radio or a CD, and if you were lucky there was a 3 minute music video. Other than that you really didn’t see the artist that much.. 

We experience artists in a much more multi-faceted way in 2017 than we would have 15 or 20 years ago. How they look, how they talk, their energy, what they wear, how they interact with fans, how they feel about social issues. All of that now matters just as much as their skill as an emcee. 

I’d never really thought of it that way. But it makes a lot of sense.
