I couldn’t get this idea out of my head ever since ASPR aired. There’s just something about emotional support Amethyst that melts my heart, and I feel that finding out why Pearl doesn’t shape shift anymore would really resonate with her.

Your kid shouldn’t be relieved to know you’re not home. Your kid shouldn’t have to double lock all of their stuff up because they’re scared you might go through it. Your kid shouldn’t have to think “Here comes the screaming” or brace themselves for the worse because you’re angry or stressed. Your kid shouldn’t have a genuine fear of you even being close to touching them. Your kid shouldn’t be afraid of you; your kid shouldn’t be afraid of the thought of you.

reasons to not level up your HP stat ever

1: if you level up attack instead you can kill the enemy fast enough so you don’t lose HP at all because the person who wants to hurt you is dead

2: if you level up agility/dexterity you can just dodge everything which means you don’t need an HP stat above 1 since you don’t get hit at all

3: if you get hurt you can die faster (and if you got hit at all that means you didn’t level up the right stats/didn’t level them enough so you should get back to character creation right away anyways)
