Behold, I have reappeared.

My latest WIPs, character design, and quick fun scribblies.

So! I’m working with White Wolf Studios on a manhua project, and here are some snippets on what we’ve been working on for 《The Golden Hourglass》 (金色沙漏）Manhua!

(Legit so excited to be working on this, as it’s my first official project, and learning how to switch from realism to the manhua style has been…. Interesting to say the least XD)

I like to think one of the methods to “halt aging” the Numenoreans had was literally just hair dye so I enjoyed imaging a Miriel that let her natural white hair come through even if the rest of her still appears youthful, perhaps in reference to her elvish namesake or simply in defiance of Ar-Pharazon’s fear of death

Firstly I love your art and you are one of my all time favourite Tolkien artists. Secondly, a crumb of Elros if you’re still doing requests? 🥹🙏🏽

Your Elros is finally finished ✨✨✨ young king Elros was probably a hot mess, he had to be with descendants like his. The design is half though out and pretty much just the first idea I went with. I like royal purples for him using a lot of influence from Byzantine/ancient Egypt and Rome.

Bór the Faithful and Ulfang the Black, easterlings. My favorite guys from the Silm whose names are once mentioned in the text and the second time in the list at the end of the book. For me, Ulfang be like "if evil why hot" and Bor is little bit ummm not conventionally attractive but friend-shaped.

Bonus! The OC girl me and my friend came up with. She's Bor's niece and she has a crush on Maedhros :3
