Still outweighing the Pros...
And now I have the opportunity to just do it, pack up and leave. It's such a tempting thought but them all I can think is "Am I ready for that?"
But I'm not happy. I kean, I'm not exactly sad, but I am unsatisfied and isn't that at least a little bit close to sadness?
I just wish I had more skills. More experience is other areas. But, the horrid truth is: I simply don't.
And now I'm all confused again 😐

So...not that anyone would pay any attention but...
I made a list of Pros and Cons for the job that I do. And it's looking like I'm completely done. Literally the Cons outweigh and outnumber the Pros. I mean, I've been in my job role for 12 years now. And I've felt most of this for at least 5 years so I'm not really surprised.
