Treating my dysphoria with alcohol

I know this is getting out of hand and I should just take the bull by the horns and tell my hubby the frick I’m thinking and feeling. 

Maybe it’s the Aspie in me or just me being a coward afraid of change, but I’m truly scared of telling him about my thoughts regarding trans and my own feeling with it. 

I just drink during the nights I’m not working and sit in a seperate room from him, going through the motions and doing other stuff.  I actually don’t think I’ve had a proper serious conversation with him in months.. It’s like we both try to avoid it at all cost and only fight when it comes to kids and the way we should fix with the house and stuff.. 

Lucky I got more drinky and Journal number 3 from Gravity Falls, so I have something to keep myself occupied with, aside from the occasional searched on reddit/ftm... MEHD

More MCR please

The week keeps on going and I’m 4 days into my 6-day work week. Then I’m off for 2 days, which is nice. Not that you care, you’re not even reading this crap. 

I wonder if I’m starting to understand myself now, discovering things and understanding why I am the way that I am. Usually happens when I’ve been drinking. I’ve out of gin, my preference when it comes to spirits, so I’m going for the whiskey, which is usually my hubby’s, except for when he has beer, which he can keep to himself, gladly. But drinking alone is not a good way of drinking, which is my I’m trying to get an evening with the friends together, so I can just let loose and do other stuff without ACTUALLY thinking. 

Not only have I been considering my current situation, but my wants and needs, what I should put first and foremost and what I might not actually be able to change because of my current situation. 

If I could change, it would be a lot of changes. So many changes that are probably impossible now. It’s physical changes, it’s mental ones, it’s... so much more... and all I’m doing is listening to MCR and drinking whiskey with tonic...

I cut my hair today

I’ve been meaning to trim my sides for a few days now, I kept putting it off or it got to late in the day. 

Today I did it at 3pm, so not too late at least. I trimmed the top too, as it was getting a bit too long. I’m not too happy with my ‘blue’ side, as I call it, but the ‘pink’ side is really good. My hair feels so soft now, it’s soo good. I put a little more colour in it, the pink, blue and green had gotten a little too bright. But the photo is before I dyed it.

I just wanna die anywhere else

It’s strange how your mood can just turn in a matter of seconds. How your mood can go from being all happy and content to just feeling dreadful and miserable. 

I don’t find life fair anymore, and I have this sinking feeling that I can’t keep up. Sooner or later, life will run away from me and I will stumble and fall, hard... Everyday I can feel my self-control slipping away and the rails are de-railing and falling apart. 

This train will stop, either with the emergency brake hitting the floor, or by crashing into a brickwall covered in splinters and cacti. 

And now I just feel alone
