Someone from inside the office yelled as footsteps approached the door, and it opened

Ah, hello there! I’m guessing your Valerie?

"Yep! Dr. Valerie, actually."

Ah, im also a doctor! Im scholar, pleasure to meet you. (He reaches out for a handshake) (there’s also deep eyebags under his eyes)

She shook his hand too

"Nice to see another doctor around!"

Yeah, though I’m of the medical variety. Anyway, I’m actually here because I need a favor… and a therapist office seemed to be the best place to look.

I was wondering if you may have any books on dreams. Nightmares to be precise. They’re… for a friend.

Dr. Valerie was doing some research on some mental disorders, and she jumped a bit when she heard the woman.

"WHAT THE-!?"

She turned around and saw her

It was a woman wearing a lab coat and some jeans, along with her eyes being covered with a shadow.

"...Great, you're not answering my question."

"Well I'm studying mental disorders- And how are you in my house????"

Valerie was shocked on how this random ass lady got into her house

"I'm a ghost, what'd you expect?"

She crossed her arms, staring at Valerie.

"Wha- A ghost????... No offense but you don't seem like one."

Valerie stood up

"And? Can't a girl just look like her former self?"

The woman then sighed and said

"Hell, you didn't even tell me your name."

"Oh, yes- Sorry about that. Er- The name's Dr. Valerie!"

"Hm. Well I suppose my name is Lilian Conner-Nelson. It seems you're also a doctor of sorts, mind telling me?"

Lilian tilted her head in curiosity

"Ah- I'm a therapist and psychologist! Neat right???"

"...Aren't those just the same thing-"

"No they're not actually! A therapist is for things such as singular issues or patterns of behavior and a psychologist is for mental health issues that impact quality of life-"

"Yea, yeah. I get it, anyways. Bye."
