Strawpage Update

I did a little changes to my website by replacing my artwork of my Hazbin Hotel sona with my Roblox sona and I also made a profile picture.

I also made a profile picture for my website, and before you ask yes, It is the same one I used for my Tumblr profile picture.

Also also I added this text for anyone who wants to message me.

Lastly as I mentioned in my first post in regards to my Strawpage website at the bottom section there are a lot of Gif's I added that could potentially cause eyestrain If not seizures, don't worry to much though cuz I still have the warning sign I placed above them so you won't accidentally expose yourself to them.

it bothers me when someone brings up misogyny in shounen anime and people shrug it off with "its designed for teenage boys, what can you expect." like well. idk i think its actually pretty important that shows for teenage boys are normal about women. i mean i think all media should be normal about women but teenagers are impressionable i think we could put a little bit of feminism in the teenage boy shows. it might do some good. you never know.

jokes aside though i genuinely do believe that freds struggle with masculinity in mystery inc kinda only works if he actually IS a man trying to navigate the toxic influences on his life and how he views masculinity. he doesnt hate it, he thinks he cant achieve it. its actually something he desperately WANTS to achieve, and i think its cute that he learns to trust himself and be secure in his own version of masculinity

that being said, in literally every other canon the airheaded jock stereotype he leans into is INFINITELY cooler if shes a trans woman doing it, so...

That's the thing, while you can tell a good story with M!Fred, you don't lose the character by making her a girl and there are versions that can be significantly improved through girlhood as an aspect of the character.

The same is not true of making Velma a man. Velma as a character as she has been written in almost all incarnations only really works if she's a girl. Man Velma isn't really the same character even if given the same character traits.

(though I would enjoy a stone butch Velma...)
