Alive Diane - Despite the name, this Diane is not and has never been alive. She's the robotic version created just after a real counterpart died. Unlike other Dianes who died, hers died way earlier, so she's been around a while.
Silent Hill Diane - There's something not quite right about her. She doesn't look like Rick's wife, whatever version who stumbles upon her, and she never claimed to be Diane. But she looks just like her, just different. It's still the same voice and the same face.

So, Helen is Tony's wife. She's not a nice person. She comes from a family almost as rich as Tony's, but her parents raised her to always try to have more. They didn't raise her to be ruthless too, but when she was a teenager she found out that playing dirty could get you in high places very quickly and, since then, she followed this philosophy.
Helen meets Tony's father at an event and she flirts with him, hoping to get married to him and receive his money once he dies. However, Tony's father is not stupid (he's an asshole) and sets her up with his son. The next day. At dinner. Without Tony knowing what was going on.
Anyway, they get married. Tony's father pressures him to have a son to secure the family name so, after a few months, Helen is pregnant with their first child, a boy. During the pregnancy they are civil with each other: Tony doesn't like her, but she's carrying his child and he loves them. He's there for the birth and he helps take care of them. But, from then on, the marriage is hell.
Helen thought she'd be able to easily manipulate Tony, especially with the baby there, but that's not the case and she hates him for it. She also thinks he sleeps with other people just like she does, she's never even considered he has an actual love story. When she finds out, the situation is even worse. She's sure that Audrey is the only reason why she can't manipulate him (it's actually because he's not a fool), so she starts thinking of ways to break them up. Simple rumors are not enough, since they trust each other, but then she thinks of something that might really scare her off.
Now, let's take a break. I'm going to put the rest of the story under the cut, because it needs a warning. There will be mentions of non-consensual sex (coercion from Helen to Tony), nothing specific, but if that triggers you, consider stopping here. All you need to know is that Helen is a terrible person, but she's never going to break them up.
So, she now knows who his lover is. She corners Tony and tells him she's going to tell the press about his affair and paint Audrey as a homewrecker. That is, unless he gives her a second child. Tony doesn't want to do it, but the priority for him is to keep Audrey and Elodie (their first daughter) safe, so he accepts the deal.
Tony doesn't immediately tell Audrey about the circumstances of this second child, he only tells her that Helen is pregnant again and brushes her questions off. This leads to a big fight, when he finally confesses what really happened. He breaks down and he can't really admit the gravity of the situation, but Audrey is there to support him.
Audrey also finds out about Helen's own lovers and threatens her to tell everything to the press, unless she stays away from Tony and the family they're creating. Audrey and Tony are in love, something that the public would accept more easily than Helen's many lovers. Helen accepts, but she's still a bitch.
