Heal Your Aura: 7 Common Aura Problems and How To Solve Them
All of us possess unique auric fields which interacts with the auras of others we meet. Auras are a colorful kaleidoscopic of electromagnetic field of energy which rhythmically vibrates around our body. Our aura is also connected with our health, emotions and other external factors. This is a technicolor, multi-layered coat that we wear at all times and is attuned with our spiritual body, mental body, casual body, higher mental body, astral body and etheric body. Combined together, these look like a psychedelic blend of colors & light around your skin. Your aura is an extension of your physical being.
But often, there might be some problems with our energy fields that affect our aura and our physical, mental and emotional health. Hence, it becomes crucial to know about the basic aura problems and how to cleanse them.
What is Aura?
“’AURA‘ IS WHAT ONE REFLECTS IN THE HEART, WHAT YOU BRING INTO THE WORLD, AND WHAT PEOPLE WANT TO LEARN FROM YOU.” – OZUNA
Aura is the energy matrix that surrounds all living (and not only living) creatures. Particularly for humans, the aura is something that many occultists and scientists tried to study. From Kirlian photos to scrying with crystals, all who take aura as a fact attempted to analyze aura, or even detect possible aura problems. You see, the aura is not just an energy field. But, also, a matrix of information, which can potentially be used to diagnose, or even predict information.
7 Common Aura Problems
“THE AURA GIVEN OUT BY A PERSON OR OBJECT IS AS MUCH A PART OF THEM AS THEIR FLESH.” – LUCIAN FREUD
In this article we will try to present to you the most common Aura Problems and, of course, remind you how to overcome them. One of our favorite recipes we use is now available and is called ‘cleansing
1.Insufficient connection with the Divine
It is a very common problem, especially nowadays. As many people turn away from spirituality and religion, they forget a very important piece of information about themselves. They are part of something greater, something unique and magical. According to all ancient sources, we have the divine spark within. Thus, we are always in touch with the Great Spirit / God / Goddess.
Reason:
Our energy is mainly replenished bythe divine source. Additionally, we take energy from food/water and the environment, whilst the earth supports and grounds us. When we neglect our divine source, we actually block the gate of divine energy intake. This makes our aura week. We feel disorientated, sad and uninspired.
Solution:
What we have to do is re-establish the connection with the divine, by either praying or spell-casting. Call upon your guardian Angel. Benzoin was believed to invite Angels and welcome them to stay around! You can always burn some Benzoin while calling upon your Guardian Angel.
2. Parasitic Cords
Over time, we socialize and engage in different kinds of relationships. This actually helps humans, a lot, by learning important lessons throughout life’s experiences. The same lessons probably appear again and again until the message is clear and received. However, not all relationships are helpful.
Reason:
There are times when we hang out or even are closer to people who have lost their way. Temporarily or not, these people have a lack of energy. This negative energy balance creates a ‘thirst’ or ‘craving’ of energy. To appease that, one needs to ‘connect’ with the victim. However, this is always a challenge for them, as we are gifted with several defense mechanisms. Therefore, these people try to develop a pathological relationship, with mood swings, in an effort to poison our hearts with guilt and pain. This creates a ‘sick bond’ or a parasitic cord, from which these people feast on our vital energy. What modern people call ‘toxic relationships’, witches call parasitic cords for centuries.
Solution:
Cord-cutting rituals are the best way to free yourself (spiritually and mentally) from these parasitic cords. Of course, when is needed, psychological assistance should be received, too. The toxic effect may be deep. You may need additional help. It was believed that Pure Frankincense can help you smite the dark energies that suck your spiritual energy. Additionally, peppermint is known to heal the auric wounds, after we cut off such bonds.
3. Cracks in Aura’s Matrix
Aura has a thick – energy shield. This is a very effective defense mechanism we use against lower vibrations, curses and the dark arts. However, sometimes, this shield may crack.
Reason:
These rips are usually created after a psychic attack. However, this attack may be psychic in nature, but it can occur in the material plane, in a form of quarrel drenched with psychological weapons. Pain and sorrow create a weakness and these psychic attacks can actually penetrate our shield and eventually crack it. This creates a scar, which opens the door to future attacks.
Solution:
Fortify your aura with love and light. One healing word you can use is ‘Ra(m)’. This is the sound of Fire (and light) which can be mastered to feed and shield your aura once again. Sandalwood was used by Witches since ancient times to help in healing the cracks in one’s aura. Additionally, we would propose Palo Santo.
“LET YOUR AURA PRESENT ITSELF TO THE WORLD.” ANONYMOUS
4. Watchers
We’ve never tried to hide it. Magic is not always good. In Witchcraft and Arcane arts, there are things we love and things we despise. Thus, some practitioners prefer to spy upon their victims, prior to dark spell casting. Therefore, they love to create “the Watchers”. Some of us may have them on our aura.
Reason:
Watchers are intelligent remnants of Spiritual attack, forced to feed on the target’s aura, while simultaneously reporting for everything the target does or thinks. Therefore, this is one of the darkest forms of Witchcraft. Have you ever felt that someone is always watching you? Knowing what you do? Spying on you? Creating a Watcher is very popular amongst the dark arts.
Solution:
As this is actually not an entity but a part of another’s an entity, one needs to exorcise it out of its aura. To do that, Witches used to burn Dragon’s Blood, one of the most potent magical materials ever found, according to the old books of Shadows. Usually, Witches burned Dragon’s Blood alone or mixed with bay laurel leaves, clove buds and a dash of red cayenne pepper (do not exaggerate with the cayenne pepper).
5. Chakra Blocks
In our bodies, there are several mechanisms that help the divine energy flow through us. The most well-known mechanisms are the Chakras – wheels that help the energy flow. There are seven major chakras, but many more secondary ones exist all over our bodies.
Reason:
For many reasons, these chakras may be blocked or severely poisoned by our feelings, traumas and other reasons. Unfortunately, this may bring out many problems. We have actually created a specific article for this issue. You may want to check it, here!
Solution:
Witches during their training were taught that they should periodically cleanse the chakras and help the energy flow! This is not always easy. However, they did believe that there are some recipes that can help them with this issue. Myrrh and Palo Santo (the holy Wood), were amongst the most beloved ingredients for unblocking the chakras.
“WHEN YOU SMILE AND PROJECT AN AURA OF WARMTH, KINDNESS, AND FRIENDLINESS, YOU WILL ATTRACT WARMTH, KINDNESS, AND FRIENDLINESS. HAPPY PEOPLE WILL BE DRAWN TO YOU.” – JOEL OSTEEN
6. Energy Debris
Our aura is a unique and intelligent matrix of energy. Important information comes and goes. Moreover, this intelligent matrix is not static, for it reacts with anything around. Some times, bad things happen, and the aura reacts by producing defensive energy.
Reason:
Aura can help us deflect a psychic attack. Some times, information is stored from a previous attack, in order to understand what happened and know how to deal with it in the future. This is called ‘energy debris’. It is not ‘bad energy’ is it just the memory stored in astral energy inside our aura. However, this energy might make us feel stagnant and ‘heavy’. This lack of fresh spiritual energy may actually be caused by this debris. We need to periodically abolish it.
Solution:
To do so, we need first to meditate and understand the nature of this debris. What caused it? Later, witches used to burn dried agrimony, in order to repel all stagnant and malevolent energy, stuck in our aura.
7. Insufficient Grounding
It’s no secret that as we interact with this plane, we engage in overwhelming activities. This is why we are often flooded by excessive energy. Although this excessive energy is part of a defense mechanism, we should always balance this energy.
Reason:
As this energy may cause several imbalances in our chakras and aura, we need to abolish it regularly. This is why grounding is needed. Grounding is a technique which is used by all witches, especially after a ritual, or an overwhelming experience.
Solution:
To do so, a witch might employ some herbs and resins to create and multiply the effects. Patchouli has been used extensively for this matter. Furthermore, witches have used Patchouli for smudging to call upon spirits of healing and help them ground. It was considered to aid in meditation and was has been used in all procedures which need mental and spiritual clarity.
“WORDS WERE NEVER INVENTED TO FULLY EXPLAIN THE PEACEFUL AURA THAT SURROUNDS US WHEN WE ARE IN COMMUNION WITH MINDS OF THE SAME THOUGHTS.” – EDDIE MYERS
Your aura is a pulsating energy field that is impenetrable, compact and a rainbow of gorgeous colors. This your own internal and external energy that you need to protect and care for at all times. By taking the right steps you can effectively solve all problems related to your aura to enjoy a healthy mind, body and spirit. By improving your auric senses you can experience better emotions and enhanced energy everyday.
The elements are commonly invoked at the beginning of rituals or used in their physical forms to symbolically purify the ritual circle. Each element has associated symbols, rituals and meanings, which are outlined below.

Places I am visiting after the lockdown period.
1. Rishikesh
Why Rishikesh?
Known as the yoga capital of India, Rishikesh is a small town by the River Ganges, at the foothills of the Himalayas. Indians and foreigners alike flock here for the fresh mountain air and the laid-back vibe.
Rishikesh found itself a place on the global map when The Beatles went here in search of nirvana at the ashram of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in the late 1960s. Since then, it has attracted both leisure travellers and soul searchers by the droves. While the former will find an adrenalin boost with white-water rafting on the rapids, those who are seeking spiritual solace head straight to the ashrams lining the river.
And fans of The Beatles now have special reason to follow in the footsteps of their icons, with the recent reopening of Chaurasi Kutia – also known as Beatles Ashram – inside the Rajaji National Park. Although much of the ashram itself is still in a dilapidated condition, the striking artwork on the walls of the main yoga halls are worth the trip.
Balancing the Past, Present, and Future
It’s good to think about the past and future sometimes.
Where would we be if we didn’t look back over our past successes and mistakes and learn from them? Where would we be if we never planned for the future or prepared ourselves for what is to come?
In both cases, we likely wouldn’t be in a good place.
It’s essential to a healthy life to spend some time thinking about the past and the future, but it’s rare that we don’t think enough about the past or the future—usually our problem is focusing too intently (or even obsessively) on the past or the future.
One of the aims of mindfulness and a key factor in living a healthy life is to balance your thoughts of the past, the present, and the future. Thinking about any of them too much can have serious negative effects on our lives, but keeping the three in balance will help us to be happy and healthy people.
It’s hard to say what the exact right balance is, but you’ll know you’ve hit it when you worry less, experience less stress on a regular basis, and find yourself living the majority of your life in the present.
How to be Present and Live in the Moment
To get to this healthy balance, try to keep these guidelines in mind:
Think about the past in small doses, and make sure you are focusing on the past for a reason (e.g., to relive a pleasant experience, identify where you went wrong, or figure out the key to a past success).
Think about the future in small doses, and make sure you are focusing on the future in a healthy, low-anxiety way (e.g., don’t spend time worrying about the future, think about the future just long enough to prepare for it and then move on).
Stay in the present moment for the vast majority of your time.
Of course, following these guidelines is easier said than done, but it will get easier with practice!
How to Live in the Moment but Plan for the Future
It might seem complicated to figure out this delicate balance, but it’s not as complex as it seems.
When we engage in mindfulness or present moment meditation, we are not ignoring or denying thoughts of the past or future, we are simply choosing not to dwell on them. It’s okay to acknowledge and label our past- and future-focused thoughts, categorize them, and be aware of their importance.
The important point is to not allow yourself to get swept up in thinking about the past or future. As Andy Puddicombe of Headspace states,
“…we can be present when consciously reflecting on events from the past (as opposed to being caught up, distracted and overwhelmed by the past” (2015).
When we are aware and present, we don’t need to worry about getting caught up in thoughts of our past or anxiety about our future—we can revisit our past and anticipate what is to come without losing ourselves.
Using Present Moment Awareness to Stop Worrying
Speaking of worry, present moment awareness is a great way to cut down on how much you worry.
Follow these six steps to become more attuned to the present and rid yourself of excess anxiety:
Cultivate unselfconsciousness: let go and stop thinking about your performance.
Practice savoring: avoid worrying about the future by fully experiencing the present.
Focus on your breath: allow mindfulness to make you more peaceful and smooth your interactions with others.
Find your flow: make the most of your time by losing track of it.
Improve your ability to accept: move toward what is bothering you rather than denying or running away from it.
Enhance your engagement: work on reducing moments of mindlessness and noticing new things to improve your mindfulness (Dixit, 2008).
Using Yoga to Connect with the Present Moment
You will probably not be surprised to hear that yoga is an excellent way to get connected to the present and stay in the moment. There are many reasons why yoga is helpful for mindfulness, but one of the biggest is certainly the focus on the breath.
As yoga teacher and enthusiast Kelle Yokeley says,
“The path to presence is through our mind, body connection—our path is through our breath. The breath is ALWAYS the here and now, it is the ultimate present moment… Our breath is our constant connection to the here and now, and our presence is rooted in its flow.” (Yokeley, 2014).
When we focus our attention on our breath, we have no choice but to be in the present.
To bring yourself back into the present in a moment of stress or when you’re feeling overwhelmed by the past or the future, you can try this breathing exercise from Yokeley:
Breath in and say to yourself, “I am breathing in”, breathe out saying, “I am breathing out.” On your next circle of breath, try saying to yourself, “I am here” coupled with “This is now” (Yokeley, 2014).
This simple exercise will bring you straight to the present, even dragging along a stubborn mind that is preoccupied with worries.
Another factor associated with yoga that allows us to boost our present moment awareness is the postures and poses that we make with our bodies. You might find that as soon as you get into a good pose, your mind becomes flooded with restless thoughts (called “Monkey Mind” by Buddhists). As irritating as this can be, it’s actually a good thing—it means that we are beginning to process our stress and getting to a point where we can truly practice mindfulness (Bielkus, 2012).
Yoga’s gentle flow from one position to the next is a perfect opportunity to cultivate the ability to stay present. The transitions mimic the changes we experience as we go from working to resting to cooking to cleaning to sleeping and everything else in between.
If you enjoy yoga and want to work on your present moment awareness, give this affirmation a try:
“I am present and aware of this moment it is full and it is great.” (Bielkus, 2012)
This guy never ceases to amaze me.
LUCID DREAMING: HOW TO
SO LUCID DREAMING!!
Some people asked because of my TONGUE IN CHEEK POST about it the other night, well!!! all it is, is being consciously aware that you’re dreaming. You can kinda train your brain to do it and it’s fukken awesome ok! I learned from a bunch of books I got out from the library one summer back in high school and I have kept up all the habits since then until shit got weird but we don’t talk about that
sometimes you get to a point where you can control your dream and force yourself to dream about a certain thing . either way it’s really damn neat to just have conscious awareness while you’re asleep and if nothing else, it’s something fun to do that doesn’t cost anything.
I got into it a few years before Inception came out, if you can believe it. So when that movie came out talking about the same ideas my mind was blown
First things first:
1) DREAM RECALL:
This is your ability to actually remember your dreams. Because imagine, even if you end up having a lucid dream, what’s the point if you completely forget it as soon as you’re awake? Some people think they don’t dream anymore but it isn’t true, everyone dreams. Some people just don’t remember.
So Write down all your dreams, anything that you can remember as soon as you wake up.
I just text it to myself first thing in the morning and usually they’re super disjointed and barely readable but it’s just enough to have me remember them again. even if you can only remember little snippets, the more you do this the better you can get at remembering.
2) DREAM CUES
Dream cues are these little things that make you realize you’re asleep because they differ between reality and your dreams. They’re kind of like triggers that will make you realize you’re dreaming. The idea is to check in on these cues even when you’re awake, so that when it becomes a habit in real life, it will become a habit when you’re asleep.
It’s also a good way to check if you’re actually awake because sometimes dreams are super realistic. I’ve had a lot of dreams where I woke up in my bed, then did the reality check only to figure out I was dreaming.
Different people have different ones but there’s some common ones:
-mirrors: In real life you look like yourself. in a dream you’ll look like a really distorted version of yourself or like a completely different person. I don’t recommend this one because what you see in the mirror might freak you out into just waking up lol
-counting your fingers and seeing more or less than the amount of fingers you have
-electronics that don’t work
-text that changes when you read it, look away and then read it again
-dim lights [i hate light dimmers for this reason eugh]
-loose teeth
My personal ones are the and fingers and the changing text! So in real life, I count my fingers, and read some text, look away and read it again to see if it changes.
If I have more than 5 fingers, I realize I’m asleep and that’s where the lucid part starts.
Personally for me, all of these have served as dream cues, but these two are the ones that i literally check on. Another big one for me is if my teeth are loose, it’s an automatic cue for knowing I’m asleep.
INDUCING A LUCID DREAM
So you made a habit out of checking in on your dream cues and writing down your dreams. Now how do you actually do this thing….
There are some REALLY SPECIFIC METHODS To inducing a lucid dream . Some people practice one method that brings you from wakefulness directly into a dream, with NO LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS. I find this a little rarer but it’s definitely happened to me
Others have the method where you fall asleep as usual, end up in a dream, and then your consciousness wakes up while you’re in the dream. This is more common I think.
my sleep science might be off but this is it as I’ve understood it.
so the general method is to go to bed super early. like 9pm. And set your alarm for Stupid O Clock. I am talking some ungodly hour that you will never be up, like 4:30.
Reason being: You will literally never go to sleep and immedeitly start dreaming. You have to have been asleep for a few hours, having gotten a few sleep cycles in. The longer you sleep, the deeper your sleep cycles run and the more restful sleep you’ll have as the night goes on. It’s only in the later sleep cycles that you start to dream.
This is the reason you’re groggy in the morning [you were just in the middle of your deepest sleep cycle] but not groggy at all if you wake up at like 12
So the goal is to wake up right before you’re gonna go into a deep sleep cycle.
Stay awake for a few minutes, go to the bathroom or something, read some stuff on lucid dreaming on your phone… You want to wake up your brain so that your mind is conscious and running even though you’re dead tired.
Now you can go back to sleep, and the conditions are pretty much met for having a lucid dream.
SO GENERALLY NOW, it’s really likely that you’re gonna have a regular dream.
But if you’ve been making a habit out of doing your dream cues/reality checks while you’re awake, at some point you’re gonna do it while you’re asleep.
stuff from the waking world carries over into dreamtown. it’s the same reason you’ll have super realistic dreams about your job or people you know.
IT’S ACTUALLY SUPER COOL When you do your dream-cues and you see different results from real life. Like I’ll count my fingers and realize there’s 6 of them and be like Ohhh shit! I’m asleep! Time to go wild.
Usually I just fly around like a motherfucker but it’s so cool to be your exact same self who is able to think about your family/friends/homework/life/memes except you’re flying
CONTROLLING THE DREAM
OK SO NOW THAT YOU’RE AWAKE while dreaming, you can try controlling your dream. This is a bit harder to explain but in my opinion it’s as easy as focusing/dwelling on what you want to do..kind of like repeating a mantra mentally.
Like lets say you’re dreaming and you come across a house. As you’re walking towards it, tell yourself “Captain Kirk is in this house and we’re gonna have the time of our damn life.” TELL YOURSELF WITH CONVICTION! BELIEVE IT! CAPTAIN KIRK IS IN THE HOUSE! OVER AND OVER!
also try practising controlling on little things first. Like point to the sky and say “brighter” or “more purple” or “bluer” or think “I want it to be night time instead" and it SHOULD change.
STAYING IN THE DREAM
There’s 2 tricks I know of that will keep you in a dream for longer when you feel like you’re about to wake up and you don’t want to.
One is spinning: If you feel yourself waking up, try spinning around on the spot till you’re dizzy. Things will blur around you and then they will clear up and get super sharp! Especially spinning while crouching. I have no idea why this works, but it does and others have said the same thing.
The other is, when you feel like things are getting blurry, focus on ONE spot in the dream. I usually crouch and like, stare at the details and texture of the road really really close up. For some reason, pinpointing your focus on one little thing will refocus the dream.
finally,
READ UP!!
Honestly the more you read about lucid dreaming, the more likely you are to have one for yourself..Even by reading this you’re more likely to have one. It’s weird, but it works. When I would regularly read books on the topic they’d say the same thing and it was true. It’s kind of like, the fact that you’re aware that it can happen makes it likely to happen..
SO YEAH, before you go to sleep or when you wake up at 4 in the morning, google it, see what others have to say. Get your brain in gear for it. there’s lots of posts online that will probably talk about the same stuff that I have here but this is my legit personal experience with it and stuff over the years.
IN SHORT
DO YOUR DREAM CUES/REALITY CHECKS
WRITE DOWN YOUR DREAMS
SET YOUR ALARM FOR A REALLY DUMB TIME!!
HAPPY DREAMING
Developing Your Super Senses 🔮
In particular Clairvoyance…
There are many different types of super senses and you can train yourself to learn most of them. Clairvoyance is also known as ‘Clear Vision or second sight’ which is seeing or knowing things before they happen based on what your clairvoyance has shown you, being able to read peoples present situations or their past events through these visions.
Signs you are Clairvoyant:
You have vivid dreams/ dreams that come true, or often lucid dream
You have a vivid imagination
You can visualize or daydream easily
You see flashes of twinkling lights, colours, symbols, shadows or images

Activities/ways to strengthen your Clairvoyance and supersenses:
KEEP A DREAM JOURNAL: If you are having vivid dreams you should be keeping a dream journal to learn how to lucid dream, which can later help in astral projection, dream journals also assist with clairvoyance because it is a part of remembering and strengthening your visual imaging, the most important part of developing clairvoyance.
CRYSTALS: Some crystals can aid in enhancing and developing clairvoyance. Third eye crystals are better at helping with this as your psychic vision comes from the third eye chakra. Great crystals for developing clairvoyance are: Magnesite, Labradorite, Lolite, Dumortierite, Lapis Luzuli, Azurite, Malachite, Amethyst. You can place any of these crystals under your pillow when you sleep, carry them with you throughout the day and meditate with them.
MEDITATION: meditation can help with almost anything, and is especially good for developing clairvoyance. You can meditate with your third eye chakra crystals to help open your third eye. You can meditate on focusing to become more clairvoyant, asking your spirit guides to aid you with this, you can also meditate focusing on your third eye, visualizing your 'eye’ develop. There are many meditation activities you can learn to help with developing clairvoyance.
VISUAL JOURNEY’S: developing your visualisation skills will be a huge advantage in becoming more clairvoyant, visual journeys are a great way to do it! You can find visual journey tapes and recordings online, YouTube has a good variety, just try some different ones out until you find one that you like and practice on it. A visual journey is a guided walkthrough meditation that lets you 'be in’ a different environment, almost like a dream.
DIVINATION: practicing divination through the use of tarot cards, oracle cards, scrying, lithomacy, dowsing and sensing can aid in developing clairvoyance. Using these methods of divination help you focus your clairvoyance on matters which may be occurring at a distance, or back and forth in time. You can start off by choosing 1 oracle or tarot card per day and try to interpret its meaning before looking up its meaning in the tarot or oracle book, you may be surprised at how close you can match the meaning after a while. Learning divination takes patience and some forms of divination will be easier for you to pick up, not every form of divination will come easily to you, just do whatever you feel comfortable with.
INTERPRETING YOUR DREAMS: Along with your dream journal try and interprate your dreams meaning when you wake up, at the end of the day or the week look back at your dreams and see if any of your interpretations matched real life events.
REGULAR PLAYING CARDS: you can practise your intuition with regular cards, by keeping the shuffled deck face down, and not looking at the face of the cards, trying to visualise or guess if it is black or red, and putting them in two separate coloured piles, once you have gone through all the cards look at the two piles you have created, you will be surprised at how many of them you got right, and you will get better at it with practice.
I hope this post helps you develop your super senses and helps you with your clairvoyance and intuition.
I will do a divination post whenever I can to help with tarot, oracle, lithomacy and scrying development, I will also do a post about spirit guides. Do what your comfortable with and go slow, these are skills that will last you a lifetime so do not rush them 🔮🌙🌌
