Sam: And guess what — yeah, I know. You see all those presents? Daddy agreed to do cleanup duty. Yes, he did. Emily: Lookit. Sam: Yeah. Jason: Well, it’s too soon to clean up because we have one more present. Sam: Where? Danny: Right here. Sam: [Gasps] Wow! Jason: Go ahead — give it to her. You wanted to give it to her. Sam: Oh, thank you. Lookit. Jason: Yeah. Sam: Did you wrap this all by yourself? Danny: Daddy helped. Jason: Well, it was Danny’s idea. He wanted Emily to know everything that happened to our family before she was born so she wouldn’t feel left out. Sam: Okay, well, I don’t want you to feel left out, so come over here. Let’s open it together. Sam: Oh, okay. Danny: It’s a book, huh? Sam: I don’t know. Jason: You’re not supposed to tell her what it is. Sam: [Gasps] Oh, wow! Look at daddy in Mickey mouse ears. sexico?

Okay, long story short, Sexico is basically my soap OTP, Jason and Sam, going to Mexico to save a couple of teenagers and they end up being targeted by one of their enemies and Jason ends up with a gunshot wound to the shoulder and the leg and Sam ends up having to take care of him and he almost dies. Jason hallucinates because of an infection and fever and almost dies so Sam makes him promise that he won’t die because no matter what, despite of all the heartache and pain and destruction of the trust and faith they had in each other (which at this point has been mostly restored bc they’d been through a lot together in the last couple months), he had never broken a promise to her. So, after her convincing him to, he promises her he won’t die. At some point there ends up being this scene with a washcloth and that leads to them frick fracking even though Jason has two gunshot wounds and then after they’re in complete denial that it happened even though they can’t keep their hands off of each other and for another couple weeks there’s a lot of denial and all of their friends just /know/ like even the teenagers they went to rescue figure out there’s something going on with them and then finally they get over their whole denial thing and officially get back together.

And that is the story of how my OTP frick fracking in Mexico - now known as Sexico - lead to them getting back together and eventually lead to them getting their shit together and getting married and after years of not being able to have kids and deciding that their lives were too dangerous anyway, they had their cute lil baby boy, Danny, and then Jason was shot in the back and pushed off a pier and now his wife and son think he’s dead fun times !!!!
