Hummmm ...
Fear often guards the doorway to what matters most.
Every time we ask “what else?”, we expand what’s possible :)
:)
In coaching, we grow from the inside out. The quiet, invisible shifts often shape us the most.
Don't make someone fall in love with you if you're not ready to love them.
Don't make someone fall for you if you're not ready to catch them.
Jay Shetty
If the next step feels overwhelming, what about making it smaller?
This was the question we had to answer today, and it was not easy, because we all carry beliefs about who we are—some empowering, others limiting. Challenging a belief doesn’t mean rejecting it outright; it means questioning its origin and relevance. Is this belief still serving you? Or is it time to rewrite the narrative?
“If i finish my learning journey, I will have the tools I need to implement change”. Where do I heard that? First, replace the word “If” by “When”; Second, should we really have to wait to mastered something?
i love the movie interstellar so much because it clearly says; beyond the horizon of a black hole. in it's core. there is love. there is time, there is love, and there is us.
the biggest mystery we could ever fathom, and this beautiful piece of media tells us it's all just love. and it's so right.
The Power of Yet
In my coaching journey, my first powerful question wasn’t a question at all—it was a word. Yet. It hit me at just the right moment, like a puzzle piece falling into place, transforming how I approached every challenge, every perceived limit, every “I can’t.”
“I can’t” became “I can’t yet.” “It doesn’t work” became “It doesn’t work yet.” “I’m not ready” became “I’m not ready yet.”
The shift was subtle but seismic. Suddenly, the impossibilities weren’t walls—they were doors waiting to be opened with time, effort, and learning.Yet is the ultimate permission slip: permission to grow, to try again, to believe that the best is still ahead.
What could change for you if you embraced the power of yet?
I will continue to share with you powerful questions from this journey. It seems selfish to me not to share it 💛💛
And this is San Marino, first sunset of the year!
Growth happens in the ‘yet'
