Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 cup buffalo sauce. 1/2 cup ranch dressing. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1/4 cup chopped celery. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 sandwich buns. Lettuce leaves optional. Tomato slices optional.
Instructions: Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Pour buffalo sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through and tender. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred using two forks. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with ranch dressing, blue cheese, chopped celery, salt, and pepper. Toast sandwich buns in the oven or on a skillet. Assemble sandwiches by placing a generous amount of buffalo chicken salad on each bun. Top with lettuce leaves and tomato slices if desired.
