Ravenclaw Student 17 Pureblood Open
Born into the affluent house of Goldstein, Anthony Goldstein identifies strongly with his pureblood heritage but finds that while his blood his pure he doesn’t retain discrimination for those that are of less scare lineage. It was perhaps Anthony’s childhood that contributed to this, being raised as an only child in a large manor by two Ravenclaws for parents, Anthony took to taking pride in things that were to his family, more important than blood. Arrogant through and through; Anthony cares for little other than money, intelligence, his select group of friends, and his family. In the mind of the only heir to the Goldstein fortune, if you haven’t got anything remarkable or intelligent to say, you may as well not say it at all.
Upon Anthony’s admission to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry it was only natural for himself to find home in the house that his parents rose to success towards. Among one of the top students in year both in academics, and in extra circulars that don’t coincide with academics in the slightest, Anthony takes pleasure in his remarkable capability to be good at just about everything.
Currently a seventh year Ravenclaw, Anthony finds himself prospering. Excelling in his academic portfolio, Anthony cares little for those that think of him as a no good stuck up Ravenclaw snob. Focusing instead on those that he cares deeply for, Anthony contents himself with the kinds of Terry Boot, Michael Corner, and a few select Hufflepuffs for they are the few individuals that allow for his ego to spread as wide as he would like for it to.
With the war looming over Hogwarts, Anthony knows very clearly which side he will not side with. Although he is reluctant to feel strongly for a boy whose ego may rival his, Anthony knows that the war will be a decision between right and wrong, and he will choose to side with Harry even if it means putting his life on the line for the annoying kid with the scar on his head.
