oof that’s a hard one...Virgil used to be my favorite for sure, and I still love that dark strange emo kid, but I think now I’d say Roman or Logan.

the sides playing dnd

patton - wants to meet every npc there is - makes sooo many dad jokes - probably a bard - brings his own sparkley dice to play with - theyre not rigged. just sparkley. - makes the most obscure and funny characters ever - makes everyone laugh roman - puts a lot of thought and effort into his character - doesnt trust the npcs - a wizard for sure - must complete eVERY SIDE QUEST THERE IS - spends all his money on a nice hat - groans everytime patton makes a dad joke but eventually joins in on making them - always makes detailed plans virgil - “can i roll to be gay?” - has a good character but jokes around in the game - teases romans character all the time - completely ignores roman’s detailed plan - his weapon is a bedazzled umbrella - once dressed as his character just for laughs logan: - the annoyed dungeon master - has amazing maps and character stories - absolutely loathes having both virgil and patton’s character in the same game - he just wants to make an amazing game - eventually gives up on being serious - made a npc that was a flamingo who only spoke in jimmy buffet lyrics - incorporates dogs in his games just for patton

#'his weapon is a bedazzled umbrella' /hmmmmmmmm/ sounds familliar #ok but really though i love this #also roman would probably be the one to seduce every npc he comes across lets be real #hed probably also be the one to always plan on doing some grand amazing thing with his character and then roll a nat 1 #patton would always get really good rolls which im sure would infuriate roman #and i love the idea of patton as a bard but may i suggest also: virgil as a druid #i just think it would fit him well #anyway i should shut up fjdkjfjdk i just love the idea of the sides playing dnd

Oh my gOD I can’t believe I finally finished this.

Yes I know it’s been over a week since Thomas’ birthday, but in all fairness I started this piece a week before his birthday. I didn’t expect it to take this long. aaaah

This is the biggest art I’ve ever drawn (both figuratively and literally) and I’m so so so proud of myself right now.

So… Happy Late Birthday to one of my favorite people in the world! You never fail to make me smile. Bless you. I think I had more things to say but I’m just so giddy to have finished this right now, I forgot everything. Hope the art conveys my gratitude, congratulations and love!!!!

what i imagine the sides would look like in DnD/DnD Sanders Sides AU (minus Deceit but i have plans for him). Logan being a Sorcerer, Patton a Druid, Roman a Paladin and Virgil a Rogue.

so this was a task and a half and a lot of pre-planning but i’m very satisfied with the outcome of it
