I present to you a - probably quite incomplete, I’m sure I’m missing a lot of speech sounds - reference list and a bit of a guideline for the different ways one can describe the sounds your characters make whilst writing smut. I’ll definitely be referring to it, because I sometimes get stuck on exactly how to describe a particular noise. (aka, “he can’t groan again, he just groaned last paragraph”)
Combine a descriptor and a sound for best effect - for example, “needy moan,” “pleased hum,” or “sudden scream.” You can even use two: “low, rough grunt,” “sweet little cry,” “desperate, filthy noise,” as long as you don’t repeat a word that means the same thing, unless you really want to emphasize it. Avoiding repetition is pretty key here. You don’t usually want to say “hushed, quiet gasp” except on rare occasions when it’s very important how soft the sound was.
Use your own common sense, as well; some sounds and descriptors don’t generally work well together. “Deliberate shriek” probably wouldn’t work well, and neither would “languid grunt,” but again, this is all very situational - play around! Have fun.
Feel free to add to my lists, use for your reference or pass them around. It would be fun to see a randomized generator made, too, I’m just too lazy to do it myself. ;)

it happens with long-term partners, it happens on hookups, and it’s rarely as bad as it’s always made out to be, except we usually think it’s bad we're told that’s not how sex is supposed to go. but that’s not true.
it can still be passionate and intimate while being messy and clumsy, absolutely. you don’t need to “perform well.” sex isn’t a show: it’s about feeling good. sometimes it takes experimenting to figure out what feels good, and fumbles and awkward moments and laughter is all just part of it. sometimes that’s a huge part of the fun.
November has come to an end and I have to say, I'm pretty darn proud of how these turned out! Here's the master post with all of the Dr. Drakken illustrations I've made this month (YAY ALL 12 of them!) and I've learned a LOT from making these. so I'm super happy :) <3

it's actually so funny how challenging it is to write bona fide graphic, horny smut. like people don't give smut writers enough credit. you are constantly running out of words to describe the same 2-4 body parts and same 4-6 motions. you are constantly attempting to do interesting and dynamic things in the prose with this extremely limited set of words. you are looking at your prose for the nastier bits and wondering if it actually sounds hot or if it just sounds goofy. you are then toning down your prose and then wondering if it now sounds tasteful or if it's just boring. you do ctrl+F for the word "cock" and there are 37 instances of it in the doc but you hate the 1-2 acceptable synonyms so there's nothing much you can do about it
For the record, this is precisely why I wrote my smut writing guide, which has lists of words/actions that you can consult when you need to vary what you're saying. Including alternatives to "moaned" and "thrusted," the two most common words I see in smut fic. ;)

“…Um, was that supposed to happen?”

Character A letting out an unrestrained whimper and then slapping a hand over their mouth, cheeks reddening in embarrassment, and Character B chuckling softly, leaning down to press a kiss to their blushing cheek. (CAN I JUST SAY THIS SHIT IS SO FUCKINGR RENGKREL’NG’KLN Yes. FUCKING JUST- oop-)
The laughter and teasing between them makes them both relax into each other.
“Is this okay?” “Yeah, that— that’s okay. Please— keep going.”

The sand was getting in his flip-flops.
With every step across the beach, the hot grit was getting under his heels and between his toes, with the occasional twig or broken shell digging into his sensitive skin and causing him to curse.
"Whoa, that's a harsh one from you Dr. D.," Shego said.
Drakken could hear the smirk in her voice as she followed after him. True, the words he was mumbling were more intense than his usual 'doodles' but given the circumstances he felt they were warranted.
"Why did we even come to this party," he grumbled as he stalked toward where they'd parked the hovercar.
"Because you wanted to humiliate Dementor."
Drakken stopped and whirled around, his hands on his hips. It would have been a menacing pose if not for the Snowman Hank swim trunks he was wearing and the slight paunch of his belly hanging over the waistband as he leaned forward.
"You knew this would happen, didn't you. And you still made us come!"
"You made me sit through that five hour lecture at MIST."
"You were supposed to be there to watch me heckle James Possible!"
"And then he didn't show."
"Hmph," Drakken grumped, turning around to continue the trek to the parking lot. "You'd think he'd have more respect for someone who saved the world."
"You need to relax Dr. D. So going to Dementor's retirement party was a bad idea…"
They reached the hovercar and Drakken grumbled as he kicked his flip-flops off onto the floorboards. The tips of his ears were flushed purple with his annoyance and his eyes were dark with rage. Shego suppressed a giggle.
She climbed in the passenger seat next to him as he started the ignition, but…nothing happened.
"Oh, great! The engine is overheated!" Drakken groused, throwing his hands up.
Shego bit her lip as she got a devious idea.
"Well, since we're not going anywhere, how about I help you relax?" she said, sidling closer.
"What…? Shego, no! Not here!"
Drakken's eyes had widened and his hands were batting at hers as she pulled at the waistband of his swim trunks. When he grabbed her wrist to stop her she lifted her hand and ignited it in threat. He continued grumbling and crossed his arms, looking around nervously as she slid down to sit on the floor of the passenger seat and rested her arm across his lap so she could get her face closer.
"Someone's going to see this," Drakken said nervously.
"Just put on your sunglasses and relax. Anyone who comes by will think you're taking a nap."
"In ninety-six degree heat!? Onh…"
His thoughts were arrested as Shego's lips made contact. This heat was entirely different on his soft skin, and after a few moments of anxiously glancing around he reached down to pull his trunks lower. He did put his sunglasses on, and then set to watch her furtively, setting one hand gently at the back of her head and weaving his fingers into her hair. It was damp, yet hot from the sun, and he fidgeted nervously with the strands as she began to sweep his mind away with her touch.
Her lips were like velvet on his skin as she placed tiny, suckling kisses along the blue length right down to his lavender tip. He could feel the rush of blood in moments, and it nearly doubled when she glanced up to give him a wicked look before she plopped his tip into her mouth.
"Mmmh…" she hummed deliriously, the same way she did when sucking on a strawberry. She knew exactly what it did to him, and his fingers tightened in her hair and on the side of the hovercar as she began sliding her mouth slowly down and up again, her teeth lightly grazing his sensitive flesh and her tongue pressing against him with precise pressure.
He kept glancing down at the rhythm of her face, mesmerized by the hot, soft sensations as his member vanished inside of her mouth, but his gaze was still drawn out to the beach beyond the parking lot. Casual beach goers were out of earshot by the water's edge, and further down he could just see the stage where Dementor was hosting his retirement party.
Drakken shook that thought away. He was not going to have Dementor anywhere near his mind while…this was going on. But it would still be good to keep one eye on the parking lot.
Suddenly Shego's lips left him.
"You gonna help me relax too or is this all about you?"
"Ngh… What do you want?"
Shego smirked. "You."
Drakken flushed. He needed to get a little harder first. But, a way to discreetly please her quickly occurred to him.
With a slight shudder he let the vine out of his back, and the strange mutation that seemed to act on his subconscious began wrapping itself around her waist. Shego's smirk faded slightly, but then she reached down and stroked the petals of the pink flower that was snaking up to her chest. It sent a shiver across Drakken's nervous system as she continued doing that, looking at him with eyes that simply screamed sex.
"You like that? Maybe you should let him out to play more often."
"Just…don't waste time. Someone could come by."
Shego chuckled and returned her lips to his twitching member. The flower had wandered up to Shego's neck and somehow, undid the tie of her bikini top. The green and black fabric fell away and Drakken watched curiously as the vine wound its way around the soft globe of one of her breasts, the pink petals seeming to rub at her nipple. His hand found the soft flesh of the other and he began kneading.
The moan that Shego responded with was slightly choked by his growing arousal inside her mouth. Their surroundings forgotten, he watched as her legs gradually began to tremble in pleasured response to his touch, and he wanted to give her more.
"Come here," he demanded. Her lips left him with a pop, and he watched her grin as the hard length bobbed back and forth until falling heavily to his stomach, glistening from her attentions.
"I should tie my suit back up," Shego said shakily, reaching for the strings, "in case anyone walks by they'll think I'm just sitting on your lap."
"No one would think that," Drakken said with a slight growl as he pulled her toward him impatiently.
Nevertheless she tied her top back up before moving to sit in his lap, facing the beach. She shifted back and rubbed her rear against his rod with a delighted chuckle, and Drakken growled again as she leaned back fully into his chest, preventing further action.
"We don't have all day!" he protested.
She chuckled again as she shifted up just enough to reach beneath her thighs and grab hold of him, guiding him up past her swimsuit briefs and into the petals of warmth that awaited him.
"Hnngh!" he groaned, his entire body tensing as he filled her. Shego for her part was gasping for breath, leaning against him again as she had taken every inch all at once. The vine, not to be left out, was coiled around Shego's waist and the flower was snaking between her legs. After a moment she responded instinctively, spreading them apart and giving the flower access. It began massaging her peak, and she bit her lip as a hiss escaped her lips.
"Like I said," Drakken breathed, "no one is going to think you're sitting in my lap."
Giving up on any sense of decorum, he wrapped his arms around her and covered her breasts with his hands, beginning to squeeze as she rolled and rocked her hips almost erratically in attempt to bring him in deeper.
Then she braced her hands against his knees to lift herself up just enough, and they both moaned in unison when she dropped herself back down heavily upon his sword.
"This…is a much better party," Shego gasped.
Drakken laughed huskily as his fingers rubbed back and forth over her clothed nipples, pinching lightly as she started them into an erotic rhythm.
A dirty word slipped from Drakken's lips, and Shego leaned her head back next to his and reaching up to grip his shoulders. Sweat was dripping down her temple, and when her lips found his she tasted of ocean salt.
"Someone…" he murmured into her lips between kisses, "is going to see us."
"You still care?" Shego asked.
Drakken's answer was only to grip her breasts possessively, causing her to moan and arch her back against his chest as she rode him heavily.
"I hope Dementor walks by."
"Really?" Shego gasped out.
"He never accomplished anything close to this in his career."
Shego laughed breathlessly, and Drakken kissed her again.
"Turn around," he said.
"That will just be more obvious," Shego said with a grin, already moving to comply.
Drakken shifted on the hovercar's seat to give her legs more space as she knelt over him. His swim trunks at his ankles now, and he nimbly untied her bikini top once more, a thrill running through him as it fell and her soft, green breasts were presented to him.
The vine was still snaking around Shego's waist, but Drakken gave it a light flick with his finger as his arms circled around her.
"That's enough from you," he scolded it, and it slowly slithered away back inside his body, a strange electricity racing over his nerve endings as it vanished.
This time it was he to grip the base of his arousal, pushing it past Shego's bikini bottoms as she pressed forward. It felt like he belonged there, buried deeply within her, and he leaned down to nip softly at her breasts in turn as she began pressing her hips against him, rubbing the peak of her arousal back and forth against his pubic bone.
He licked and suckled one nipple, his eyes on her face as she arched her back again and bit her lip to withhold the screams he knew she wanted to release.
"Drakken…" she managed as she ground her hips against his. It felt so good being engulfed by her, a belonging he couldn't find any other way.
He knew she was close as she suddenly fell forward into him, her hips rocking feverishly and her breasts pressing into his chest. He hugged her tightly and kissed her cheek as she rode herself closer and closer. And that knowledge of her pleasure with him was driving him quickly to his own end.
He hadn't realized he had closed his eyes, but then he opened them with some sudden instinct and saw at the edge of the parking lot none other than Dementor, frozen in place and jaw hanging open, ice chest on the ground where he must have dropped it.
"Drakken…Drakken…" Shego was gasping louder.
"Oh yes…say my name," he said, grinning evilly. He shifted on the hovercar's seat and grabbed her hips, drilling upward in time with her rhythm.
"Drakken!" she screamed, her fingernails digging into his back as she came undone atop him, squirming in her release while he didn't relent, determined to make her pleasure last.
He was thankful for the curtain of her hair that gave them some modesty, but it certainly couldn't disguise what was happening to any other eyes that may be watching. At the edge of the parking lot Drakken could see Dementor still utterly dumbstruck, his expression shocked and clearly the face of someone who hadn't gotten what Drakken was getting in a long time.
Drakken chuckled evilly and lifted one hand to flip Dementor the bird before he moved again, quickly but carefully lying Shego down on the hovercar's bench seat. His one-time rival in evil had had more than enough of a show, and definitely more than he deserved.
Shego was still reeling and breathless from her high, but Drakken wasn't done. She lifted legs and hooked her heels behind Drakken's back as he pumped into her deeply, his rhythm steady and strong.
The vine, seemingly acting on his subconscious once again, slipped out to press a button on the hovercar's control panel, activating the dome cover to finally hide them away from prying eyes. And then it moved to encircle Shego's wrists and bring them up above her head. She blinked up at him in surprise, but not with any protest, and he braced himself against the seat so he could reach up to entwine his fingers with hers.
As she regained her wits, her expression became devious again as they locked eyes, communication unspoken as she seemingly dared him onward. Her breasts were bouncing deliciously below him, the sight of them, the sight of Shego making his blood race. His thrusts increased in speed, and when he felt his release near the vine let go instinctively. Shego's hands moved to his rear and gripped the strong muscles tightly, pulling him deeper as he felt the white hot pleasure explode at his every nerve ending. He was aware of the heat, of the twitching, and of his weight falling to cover hers… Of a pleasure that seemed to melt his very being centering at their union.
His breaths came slow and heavy, and gradually he became aware of Shego's fingers in his hair while her other hand massaged the back of his thigh. Buried within her always seemed the most right place to be, and he was in no hurry to leave her.
"Thank you, Dumpling…" he finally said with a sigh. "You were right…I needed to relax."
He finally began to shift up, but Shego set a hand on his cheek and guided his lips to hers. When he pulled away from the silken touch her eyes held mischief.
"Oh, but I'm not done relaxing."
A grin spread across Drakken's face.
"…Since the hovercar isn't working, maybe we should…borrow Dementor's vehicle."
Shego laughed. "You're very evil for a world hero."

It's a fantasy AU where Drakken is a vampire and Shego is a dryad. And my little treatment here (written with permission from the author) tries to be as absolutely reverent and honoring to the fantastic story and characterizations as much as possible.
Like I said, I didn't really want to post this because it doesn't feel right for anyone to read it unless you know who the characters are from the original story. This isn't like anything I've posted before.

Drakken knelt in the grass before her. She shifted away slightly, drawing her knees up a bit which confused him. But not before he had gotten a closer glimpse of what was between her legs, and ancient desires he'd not given thought to in centuries began to awaken. His gaze traveled to her face, and he was perplexed to see a slight wrinkling of her brow.
"How…human is this form?" he asked curiously and gestured to her, sitting back on his heels.
She sat up a bit as she answered, and the words that left her lips were tainted with bitterness.
"Enough… Enough to be fertilized in the way their women are," she said, and Drakken realized she hated having anything in common with the race that thoughtlessly murdered her kind. He was struck with sadness then, that the only way to fulfill her request was to take her to one of the basest of places--a place which he himself had never had much interest in.
He wondered if he could change that for both of them.
He shifted toward her again, and saw the slightest flinching in her features before she released a breath and parted her knees toward him again as she leaned back on her elbows. He swallowed nervously as he moved to her side, and the smirk she held began to falter.
"Come here," he said softly, guiding her gently with a hand behind her arm.
She sat up in confusion, and he shifted nearer to her side, sitting in the cool of the grass as he brought his fingertips into her hair. The silken feel was mesmerizing, and for a long moment he lost himself in her beauty, still amazed by her simple existence.
He didn't know how long he stared, but he was brought back by her melodic voice speaking a single word.
"Drakken?"
He stared into her eyes that sparkled like emeralds, her expression no longer tense nor smirking. She was watching him with interest, and he realized…with trust. It made his love for her burn stronger, and he shifted nearer and hesitantly guided her face toward his.
Her eyes remained open when their lips met, and he struggled to maintain his calm with the electric sensations the simple soft touch sent through his being. When finally he felt he would be lost, he pulled back and blinked deliriously.
"What…is this?" Shego said, suddenly breathless. She continued a moment later, stating, "You've kissed me before."
"Yes… It's a way to show affection?" he responded with his own confusion. Surely at her age, tender though it was, she would have experienced…? She had kissed him back the last time.
"Yes…" she said, her expression clearing, though a deep curiosity remained in her eyes. She looked lost in thought for several moments, but then her focus returned and a familiar look of mischief took over her features. And in the next moment he found her arms around him as she kissed him fiercely. And whether she had had practice or not, he didn't care as he let her lay him back in the cool grass, losing himself in everything that was his dryad.
His chest burned with passion as he allowed his fingers to roam her body, over the roughness of each deep scar and the impossible softness of her hair. As she pressed into him, kissing him relentlessly, he felt the familiar desire growing rapidly to a point he started to forget his reluctance to defile her. She wanted him… Needed him, she claimed… He carefully turned them, laying her back upon the grass. Her smirk had returned when he looked at her face and her kiss-swollen lips. She had spread her legs again, this time with he kneeling between them, and his breath caught as he let his gaze fall to the glistening green jewel she presented him. He began removing his shirt.
Shego giggled as her grin grew, a sound of triumph in her voice. He couldn't help but smile back and share in her glee that she would finally be fertilized, though he blushed still as he gazed at her perfect form.
When his trousers came off she stared, and what he had been wondering and fearing at last fell from his lips.
"You've never been…fertilized, before…have you."
Shego looked away and bit her lip--a gesture which he found as intoxicating as any.
"I couldn't… I couldn't allow a woodsman to…" She turned back to him suddenly, her hand going behind his neck as she stared up at him almost desperately. "But I must further my oak!"
She kissed him hard and pulled him down, but he slowly pulled himself away from her touch. She looked confused, until he began stroking her thigh, his fingers not ignoring her scars as they dipped into them, but caressing every part of her. Shego's expression calmed, and he felt the fire burn almost impossibly hot in his chest as he allowed himself to touch her in ways he wouldn't have dreamed of, his fingers tracing her contours as his lips adored her scarred skin.
"Oh…" she breathed as his tongue ran over one nipple. He met her eyes and saw the new understanding there, that he had hoped to give her. If he was to do as she wished--and he was losing the last threads of his resolve against it--he wanted her to have the same pleasure she would be giving him. Though he knew, it would be impossible for him to please her as much as her simple existence thrilled him.
He continued adoring her flesh, his frame shaking with joy for the privilege of being permitted to worship this most perfect of beings in this way--for his touch being wanted by her. And him, out of any she could have chosen… Her voice, which had sounded in soft 'oh's' and surprised hums, was now rasping as he continued to pleasure her, still withholding his own, though he knew touching her alone would have him at his peak if he wasn't careful. And this wasn't supposed to be about him.
Shego lay back fully, no longer leaning up on her elbows nor watching his every move. He lifted his eyes from his occupation to where the fingers of one of her hands clenched the grass and her others the air where she had her arm lain back above her head, her silken hair framing her green form like a dark aura. Her knees were pressing against him, and he watched her toes curl in ecstasy and her delighted smile grow broader as he touched her.
Her arms flew around him, her fingers digging into the muscle at his shoulder and into his hair. The trust she had given him moved him so deeply, he felt tears prickling at his eyes. No longer eager for simple procreation, she was enjoying what she had perhaps feared… She was enjoying him.
"Drakken…" she breathed in awed happiness, her eyes fluttering open as he had stopped in his attentions as wonder claimed him again. Her smile as she gazed at him sent the greatest warmth he had ever felt to his every extremity, and he licked his lips and finally shifted to where she wanted him to be.
He froze once he had finally pressed inside her, fearing he would reach his end with the pure pleasure of that one act. Shego's delicate, rough fingers now sliding down his back only made the battle worse. Trembling, he lay his body fully over hers, the awe of the moment his wavering anchor as he felt her perfect body molding against his cold skin.
"Oh, Drakken…" she said again, and the kiss that followed was of pure love.
He wanted to do well for her, and to show her she never had to fear… That her oak could live forever, as she desired so deeply. He kissed her back, and with that resolve strengthening him, he made love to her.
He had worried he would think less of her somehow--that she would become a mere object as the human women he had used in this way prior to a meal in centuries past. But not so with his perfect dryad. Her delighted, rasping mewls and her hands exploring his flesh only grew the love that had overtaken his new purpose for being, and it let him further allow himself the pleasure of becoming one with her perfection.
"Shego…" he murmured into her ear between gasps as instinct spurred him to a faster rhythm. "Oh, Shego…"
It wasn't the only instinct that took over, and he barely had the awareness to brush her hair aside before sinking his fangs into her throat. She chuckled after a moment, and then he felt her fingernails raking against his scalp. He murmured something incoherent as he reset his bite, his mind knowing there was no blood to drink but his body desperately linking the two base urges together.
She tasted instead of…oak, and tree sap, and everything green that made him love spending his nights in his garden. The scent of his flowers rising around them only increased the bittersweet taste of her on his tongue, and he sank his fangs in further and held on tight through thrust after deep thrust. He became aware of one of her feet rubbing his calf and a moment later, of his praises leaving her lips between her sighs of happiness.
He had to still his movements to bring his mind under control, to be able to release her throat from the fierce bite and instead find her lips with his and kiss her with need.
"Is…is it done?" she asked breathlessly, and he looked to where she was staring at the sky and blinking with a delirious hope. For a moment he was dismayed, and then realized--she simply didn't know. The small upward press of her hips confirmed his thoughts, and he kissed her softly before murmuring, "Not yet," and continued the roll of his hips, concentrating on every detail of the moment so he wouldn't lose himself again.
As he realized finally that she was responding in kind to every gesture, her hips rising in need to meet his thrust for thrust, he found himself relaxing. She did enjoy being with him. He kissed her lips, her face, and the scars over her shoulders as he smoothly slid in and out of her, elation and a perfect peace taking over him as he knew he was pleasing her.
He was surprised in the next moment when her hands dragged his face away from nipping at her breast to kiss his lips fiercely, her fingers weaving into his hair possessively and her legs hooking behind his back. Her desperation spurred him to a faster rhythm, and he felt her arching and contracting beneath his weight as she tried to force her hips more tightly into his even as each thrust brought him as deep as possible. His name left her lips breathily between the lusty kisses she now gave him, and he returned them passionately, wanting only to melt into her perfection and find his truest happiness in her.
He felt joy wash over him in warmth as she writhed beneath him, crying out incoherently as he finally brought her over the edge. But more than knowing he'd pleased her, it was the bright smile on her face that made tears sting the corners of his eyes again.
He drove into her with urgency, feeling suddenly he was moments from release. And moments it was, because there was only time for the briefest flicker of confusion in Shego's eyes amid her bliss and for her lips to begin to form a word before he was finally pouring seed into her.
It wasn't until after several heavy thrusts that moved them a few inches across the grass that he realized his fangs were sunk deep in the flesh of her throat again, and that his chest was reverberating against her hot flesh with groans of ecstasy. He forced himself to release her from the fierce bite, and then let his head drop to her shoulder as he rested in the hot delirium. And then, Shego began to laugh.
He wearily lifted his head and was surprised to see tears in her eyes, and he knew they were of joy as she clung tightly to him, her laughter loud and uncontrollable. He lay his head down again and gently held her shoulders as he let himself enjoy the waves of ecstasy that still washed over him, her voice like music as he closed his eyes and sank drowsily into a bliss more restful than any he could remember.
He only dragged back to awareness when she seemed to want to move, and he reluctantly and blearily lifted himself from where he had covered her. But to his surprise she didn't wriggle free, but only wrapped her arms more tightly around him and began kissing him again. He returned the affections deliriously, simply following her lead until he was surprised to find them rolled over, with the dewy grass under has back and she atop him, grinning down at him with an excitement so great she looked ready to burst.
"I'm fertilized!" she said between gleeful giggles, and it was all he could do to lift a hand to caress her cheek as he smiled dumbly up at her, her utter joy more important than anything else he might have thought in that moment. "My oak will finally live on through my children!" was how she continued, and he noted the sparkling of tears in her eyes again.
What surprised him then was when she leaned her cheek into his hand, closing her eyes as her smile grew. He stared in awe, his jaw hanging slightly open at the show of adoration…toward him. And then she pressed her hips forward slightly.
She hadn't separated their intimacy as they'd moved, somehow, and Drakken's eyes traveled down her form to where her lovely green flesh met his cool blue. And then she pressed her hips to his again, and he felt alertness returning to him as desire burned hot in his chest again.
Shego bent lower until her soft breasts were rested gently upon his chest. He stared at them dumbly for a moment before lifting his eyes to her joy-filled ones that were locked onto his.
"We're going to have children," she whispered, her voice husky as she seemed barely able to get the words out. "For centuries…we will have children."
He felt his own throat contract with emotion as her happiness infected him, and despite the tears in her eyes there was still mischief as she turned her head slightly to place a tiny kiss on palm where it still cupped her face. Her hips moved slowly against his again, and suddenly his need ignited like a bonfire.
He thrust upward once on instinct, and the mischief in her eyes grew as she lay down and pressed into him, her iridescent hair surrounding them like a curtain. As they began again her hips moved confidently with his, and he let the last of his worries fade as her lips found his in passion. He had pleased her, and would continue to please her as long as she wanted him. And she had already given him more happiness than he had ever known.

Drakken: I think YOU have PTSD! Proficient Talent for Sucking Dick!
Shego: ......We need to talk about when and when not to use humor as a coping mechanism.
Drakken: Shego, don't you realize how clever what I just said was?
Here's the thing... Drakken is a very dominant personality, and he loves being dominant. And I'm gonna put it out there as well that Shego enjoys being dominated sometimes. I also think this entire argument for Drakken being sub simply comes from the fact that Shego is so fierce, and it discounts his personality altogether. But there's two people in that relationship and both are dominant.
You gotta look at Drakken outside of being the comic relief. A few canon examples... Drakken grabs Shego's hand in Mind Games and she flinches from it. Whether she was hurt or just startled, that's one of our earliest examples of this part of Drakken's personality. And Shego's response... "You're kind of cute when you're angry."
In a few episodes in the series across seasons, we see Shego seeming to go for huge muscled hunks. Now look at what Shego did to Drakken in A Sitch in Time... She turned him into her ideal man, physically. And their behavior together in that episode really does not speak of master/slave. They act more like partners, and he's all too happy to oblige her. I think they are definitely getting it on in that universe, with mutual consent about what's going on.
Drakken's whole goal is world domination. He daydreams about it. Additionally, Shego doesn't...really disrespect him... She teases him, and he snaps back. The snarking is part of their old married couple vibe. Notice how if he ever gets fed up with her taunting, she backs off. And she's happy to genuinely build up his ego (So the Drama).
Meanwhile Drakken shows a full willingness to fight Kim himself more than once, completes daring and dangerous feats the same as Shego does... (Bueno Nacho, Ron the Man, Clean Slate, etc). I don't see the sub in his personality that people assume is there since he's so often played as the comic relief.
I think both are dominant, and that the intimate side of their relationship is one of mutual consent. I think Shego, a person who loves evil, would enjoy playing second to Drakken's lead just as frequently as she would take the lead. She wants her man to...be a man, and lucky for her Drakken is just that.
