Rage room, genuinely. Big fan of breaking shit. Might I also suggest primal scream therapy? Or karaoke, depends on your level of artistic ability when it comes to vocalization. A run or taking your anger out on the stair master is also pretty therapeutic but both tend to lead to me pushing myself past a safe point if I’m angry so, caution.

My go to when I’m this hurt is usually: getting somewhere safe, screaming, physically breaking something inconsequential, writing, and then taking a shower or going for a swim.
