another relatable thing about Murderbot is it is obsessed with its favorite show (Sanctuary Moon). it has watched and re-watched it so many times, it uses its favorite episodes to self-soothe, it credits this show with being the first thing that "made it feel like a person." Murderbot's identity is as entwined with Sanctuary Moon as a preteen fandom blogger experiencing the drug that is self-discovery-through-media for the very first time. Murderbot is a FAN, okay.

Okay, look, as a DC resident I do try not to nitpick, but now that THUNDERBOLTS* is out on streaming and the GIFsets are getting clearer, I have to point this out.

I had assumed that this is Bucky’s place in NEW YORK, because he has just come from a gala taking place in NEW YORK, and surely there is no way he bopped back down to DC on the Acela without even changing out of his tux, right?

But he is eating takeout from Ben’s Chili Bowl, which is an iconic (to the point of being cliche) restaurant in DC. Ben’s absolutely will ship you frozen chili and half-smokes but that stuff is obviously in the paper baskets directly from the restaurant.

So clearly he DID jump back on the train, still in his formal wear. The latest any Ben’s location is open is 11PM, meaning he’d have had to leave the gala at like 6:15 PM to make it back for a half smoke all-the-way and chili cheese fries, for those of you who like some facts in your headcanons.
