Those places are good to find people to work from home because they obviously have some sort of internet connection to see your ad in the first place. Your Job As A Recruiter: 1. You will post Advertisements 2. You will respond via phone or email to the people interested in the Ad you posted 3. You will send them to your website when they get started you will make $25. All you have to do to make $25 per hour is post ads, and answer your phone. After you end the call you will send them to your website to apply. Hire 1 person per hour = $25 per hour and you choose how much or how little you work. You have to understand this job is a numbers game, the more people you get in front of your ad , the more people will call you, the more interviews you do a day, the more emails you send out the more you can make.
