I never stick to my word.
So again, a lot of things have changed since the last time I posted.
We celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary. Our beautiful baby girl was born, Katelyn Elizabeth Alexandra Adamson. Born on 7th June 2019.Ā
She has had a bit of a rough start unfortunately. She wasnāt breathing when she was first born as the cord had wrapped around her neck. It took altogether 15 minutes to get her breathing unassisted. I thought that itself was bad enough but no, she wasnāt finished scaring us. We had been home for around 4 hours when she stopped breathing, so of course, we were taken back to the hospital in an ambulance. Luckily it never happened again. Fast forward 4 months and she ended up back in Hospital due to Bronchitis. Very scary time for us. She recovered from that after 3 nights in hospital. Back home everything was good. Her wheeze never really left though which once this coronavirus has calmed down, I will be having her checked for asthma. A few days ago, she ended up with bronchitis again, however she recovered a lot quicker and was only in the hospital for a night. She is back to her happy self and is doing well. Thank goodness. Hopefully no more trips to the hospital anytime soon.
Apart from that, everything has been going really well. Jamie is nearly 3. He was meant to be starting nursery last week but of course, the nursery along with the schools are now closed for the time being. So he will start no doubt after the summer holidays I imagine.Ā
We just bought our first home as well. Never thought we would get to that point but Iām so excited to move in! Not received a date yet, that may also end up taking longer due to the virus. Will get there eventually.
This year has so far been good and Iām excited to see what the future hold for us.
I would say I will try post more regularly but I always fail at it.
