it's that time of the year when im done with uni again and i can focus on my true passion - yuri
my friend told her kid i read "adult books" which makes it sounds so so so bad except what she meant to say is i read horror novels that would be way too scary and graphic for a kid to read
recently i got to chat with someone i knew but didn't get to know super well and somehow managed to talk to them for like 5 hours straight???? i am winning at socialising
if you're having trouble sleeping the best you can do is put a bright object close to your face and look at it for at least 30 minutes. if that doesn't work you can close your eyes but make sure to think really hard about a bunch of bullshit
WIP!!!
pls dont judge im teaching myself animation
always confuses me when people get upset when they find freaks in the freaky fandoms…..like babe the fork IS going to be in the kitchen. just cause you’re not that flavor of freak you’re still in the kitchen too. and since we’re ALL in the kitchen we really shouldn’t be shaming the other utensils here.
someone should invent sleep where u can actually wake up feeling rested
Yeah man, this wizard sleepover is cozy. I just saw a guy gently clap his hands together and say "hot beverage conjuration" or something, and suddenly everyone was holding a perfect mug of their favorite warm drink in their hands. Nobody who was already sleeping even woke up, that's how cozy it is. I'm over here casting pillow and level 2 pyjamas. I think I just heard "power word: blanket fort" two groups over. I gotta get in there.
ive been writing fanfic again for the first time since i was like 16 and something ive noticed is that no one really comments on fics anymore :( i miss getting feedback each chapter :(
I'm a twin and often I think that twin characters in TV shows and books and stuff are completely unrelatable and unrealistic...except for Maysilee and Merrilee Donner from the hunger games and Nell and Luke from the haunting of hill house.
They have a special place in my heart.
icl doing everything i can to try to make myself feel better - meds, therapy, exercise, socialising, work, more meds, more therapy and repeat ad nauseam - and it not working and now getting told im being discharged from therapy AGAIN and placed on another months long waiting list for "more intense" support is so so so so so demoralising and frustrating
just told someone that i am always in at least a little bit of pain all the time and they looked at me with horror so uhm whoops?
seriously emotional thinking about baby katniss being taught how to use a bow by burdock
wordle in 1: joyless. it is statistically inevitable that your go-to starting word will be the solution one day, and this is no more of an accomplishment than running a random number generator once a day until it gives you "1"
wordle in 2: misleading. you may think that this is the highest achievement, but it suffers from the same disappointment of a lucky guess that wordle in 1 causes. your second guess is a strategic choice, but ending the game this early just isn't interesting
wordle in 3: the peak. your starting word gave you some information and then your second guess contextualized that information into a solvable position. your sharp intuition and restraint is what truly separates you as above average.
wordle in 4: statistically average, par for the course, the baseline against which all other wordles are compared.
wordle in 5: you're sweating. you made a mistake at some point, or your starting word was effectively useless, and it took an extra guess above average to close things out. wordle in 5 comes as a relief.
wordle in 6: crushing humiliation. you have technically succeeded but at what cost. your thirty square grid will stare back at you like barrels of a firing squad. a failure in all but name.
wordle failure: never your fault. what kind of stupid word even was that like come on
