Next up someone is going to claim that the Narnia series isn't kids books.
Kids books is probably not the best way to word it, you can enjoy them at every age, including your childhood, as you get older you may find new truths in them, but they're still good for any age.
we’re the only animals that know what will happen later in the day
deer: “who knows. i might find a river. i may be attacked by wolves”
man, gods favorite creature: “tonight i will indulge in overwatch pornography”
When I say women should have higher standards for how they're treated, this is exactly what I mean. At the first insult? Kick. Him. To. The. Curb.
I do feel bad for poor Louis, genuinely cheering on Daniel when he finds out he's dating someone, not realizing this is foreshadowing The Events of That One Week In 1973 Will Never Stop Having Consequences for You, Personally, Louis de Pointe du Lac
For your nepofledgling consideration, I offer: Fareed Bhansali. This man was turned by one of the first vampires ever created (literally Akasha's biological son & fledgling). Each night of Fareed's life he receives more of his six thousand year old vampire lover's blood. Seth, his maker, mentor, & lover, gives him access to a laboratory, clinic, and medical research center, plus all the funding he needs to do all of his little experiments and projects. When Seth meets up with other ancient vampires, he makes sure to have them give their blood to Fareed. AND on top of all that, Fareed has his maker's unconditional love and affection and the security to know that his maker will never ditch him. He doesn't have to worry about going into hiding to protect himself because he is virtually indestructible as long as Seth is by his side and Seth is ALWAYS by his side.
i am not a religious person…….. but if you’re out there, giant rat that makes all of the rules,
Daniel stronger than me . If Armand would show up looking like this:
and talking about our special bond and love we would be making Renesmee in that alley.
My toxic trait is thinking I can withstand this vamp’s manipulations.

“Hello Mr. and Mrs. Molloy, thank you for coming in, Kate has been doing very well in class, but I will say I am a bit concerned over a drawing-”
I think I get it now, I do. They name hurricanes after people, but no one remembers the wind— only his name, and longing’s mercurial eye.
