Boat Assignment by shawnhope - 3D scene

Couldn’t think of anything for a cool low poly, so actually tried to make it mid-poly. It ended up having an excessively high poly count, whoops. BUT THATS BECAUSE Maya doesn’t like my computer and theres a ridiculously hindering visual glitching that happens when I have more than one mesh object, so I tried to make it all one mesh as much as possible before adding the simple things. (dont even get me started on how the rotate doesn’t work at all on my comp..)anyway.. I bet theres two details that almost no one will even notice on first glance

August dump;

Had like two weeks to draw and mostly did on paper, but I'm too lazy to include those~

Now I have almost no time to draw :( So I don't expect much for September's dump unless I can get comfortably ahead in my classes.

Hammer Assignment by shawnhope - 3D scene

For DGM1660; had to make a hammer.First time trying to UV map and texture.. though, ended up not liking how the paintings were going so just kept them solid colors. I’m pretty sure I unwrapped the most obnoxious way possible, which made it hard to colorEDIT: how do you put the texture in

I redrew these three characters from middle school (they’re in the june dump), and Bill was always my least favorite. I’m trying really hard to find ways not to hate him.

Was originally going to use for an assignment, but didn’t feel it was good enough even though I’ve had this in my head for ages and love just looking at it :3c
